【摘要】：随着经济的快速发展，生产性服务业在国民经济中的占比日益上升，对推动国家产业结构升级、加快“制造型经济”向“服务型经济”的转变步伐都起着举足轻重的作用。同时，生产性服务业与制造业等相关产业之间的互动关系越加密切。然而，在全球经济转型背景下，我国制造业的转型和升级都存在困难。针对这一问题，本文提出我国生产性服务业的集聚化、网络化和嵌入化“三大”发展模式，并采用理论和案例相结合的分析方法进行了研究。这不仅有利于优化我国生产性服务业发展模式的路径选取，更利于现阶段我国生产性服务业快速发展，为制造业提供更好的配套服务，全面推进产业结构升级。本文依据产业结构和经济学等理论，运用理论、实证相结合的方法对我国生产性服务业三大发展模式进行了分析和研究。第一章简要介绍了本文的选题背景、问题、意义、研究方法及思路、创新点及不足等内容。第二章主要对国内外关于生产性服务业发展的已有研究进行梳理和总结，并提出本文自己的观点。第三章是对我国生产性服务业发展模式的定性研究，分别从发展模式的内涵、特征及原因，，影响因素和影响效果三个方面对我国生产性服务业的三大发展模式进行研究，并对三大发展模式之间的联系进行了分析。第四章是对我国生产性服务业发展模式的实证分析，本章针对三个不同发展模式，分别选取花桥国际商务城、锦城国际物流集团和盐城经济开发区，对集聚化、网络化、嵌入化发展模式进行了案例分析。第五章对本文的研究结论进行总结和归纳，并在此基础上提出优化我国生产性服务业集聚化、网络化、嵌入化发展路径，提升生产性服务业发展效率的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the proportion of producer services in the national economy is increasing day by day, which promotes the upgrading of the national industrial structure. Accelerating the pace of transition from "manufacturing economy" to "service economy" plays an important role. At the same time, the interaction between producer services and related industries such as manufacturing is becoming more and more close. However, in the context of global economic transition, There are difficulties in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward the "three major" development models of producer services in China: agglomeration, networking and embedding. It is not only helpful to optimize the path selection of the development mode of producer services in China, but also conducive to the rapid development of producer services in China at the present stage. To provide better supporting services for the manufacturing industry and promote the upgrading of industrial structure in an all-round way. Based on the theories of industrial structure and economics, this paper analyzes and studies the three development models of producer service industry in China by means of theory and demonstration. The first chapter briefly introduces the background, problems and significance of this paper. Research methods and ideas, innovation points and deficiencies. Chapter two mainly reviews and summarizes the existing research on the development of producer services at home and abroad. The third chapter is a qualitative study of the development model of producer services in China, respectively from the connotation, characteristics and reasons of the development model. This paper studies the three development models of producer services in China from the three aspects of influencing factors and effects, and analyzes the relationship between the three development models. Chapter four is an empirical analysis of the development models of producer services in China. Aiming at three different development models, this chapter selects Huaqiao International Business City, Jincheng International Logistics Group and Yancheng Economic Development Zone, respectively. The fifth chapter summarizes and summarizes the research conclusions of this paper, and on this basis proposes to optimize the development path of producer services agglomeration, networking and embedding in our country. Countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of producer services development.
