经济型酒店核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:20世纪末,随着酒店行业高速发展,经济型酒店也得到快速发展,同时我国旅游市场行业发生了细分,大众跟团旅游、商务出行和日益兴起的自助游,人们对酒店行业中的需求出现了变化,对于便利、舒适、快捷又经济的酒店需求,而经济型酒店经过二十多年的发展,日渐壮大,在全国酒店领域成长为不可或缺的一部分。随着行业的发展壮大,不可避免遇到了诸多酒店经营管理的难题。国内十强的经济型酒店品牌纷纷大规模在国内一线城市以外的城市快速扩张,但扩张并不能保证酒店的营收达到稳定水平反而会出去下降的情况。因而,在激烈竞争的经济型酒店市场中,如何掌握核心竞争力成为一个必要探讨和深入研究的话题,构建经济型酒店核心竞争力评价体系,并保证其能够有效客观的进行评价,具有我国经济型酒店的发展重要的实践意义。 首先对经济型酒店核心竞争力评价体系中各层构成要素逐一分析,在此分析基础上,在结合模糊综合评价法对核心竞争力进行综合评价,并选取汉庭酒店集团作为案例,在问卷调查获得数据后,来验证本文总结的评价体系的可靠性,,并依据该分析获得的数据结果中经济型酒店在这方面需要提升以及具体提升的点是什么,然后有效地对这些提升点制定改善计划与建议。文章开篇对相关理论进行详尽的阐述,在理论分析的基础上选择评价体系的一级指标,分别为员工素质、企业文化、营销能力、经营与管理能力与硬件与技术水平,再根据KPI原理选取二级指标,共22个。文章利用层次分析法确定模糊综合评价所需的权重数据,利用问卷调查的形式收集客观有效的原始数据,并对问卷数据进行信度分析。最终,根据问卷数据的模糊综合评价结果,针对性的对经济型酒店核心竞争力的改善提供意见和建议。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, with the rapid development of the hotel industry, economic hotels also developed rapidly. At the same time, the tourism market of our country has been divided into groups, business trips and self-help tours. People's demand for hotel industry has changed, for convenience, comfort, speed and economy hotel demand, and economic hotel after more than 20 years of development, increasingly strong, Has grown into an integral part of the national hotel business. With the growth of the industry, Inevitably, there are many difficulties in the management of hotels. The top ten domestic economic hotel brands are expanding rapidly in cities other than first-tier cities in China. However, expansion does not guarantee that the hotel's revenue can reach a stable level but will go out to decline. Therefore, in the fierce competition of economic hotel market, how to grasp the core competitiveness has become a necessary topic of discussion and in-depth study. It is of great practical significance to construct the evaluation system of the core competence of economic hotels and to ensure that they can be evaluated effectively and objectively. First of all, the paper analyzes the elements of each layer in the evaluation system of core competence of economy hotel. On the basis of this analysis, it evaluates the core competence comprehensively with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and selects Hanting Hotel Group as a case study. After obtaining the data from the questionnaire, it verifies the reliability of the evaluation system summarized in this paper, and according to the data obtained from the analysis, what are the points that the economical hotels need to improve in this respect and the specific promotion points? At the beginning of the article, the relevant theories are elaborated in detail. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the first level index of the evaluation system is selected, which is the quality of employees, corporate culture, marketing ability, respectively. The management and management ability, hardware and technology level, and the selection of secondary indexes according to the KPI principle are 22. The paper uses AHP to determine the weight data needed for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The objective and effective original data are collected by questionnaire, and the reliability of the questionnaire data is analyzed. Finally, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of the questionnaire data, Provide advice and suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of economic hotels.
