西安地区素食市场的分析及未来道路研究

【摘要】：西安地区的旅游资源丰富,尤其是其丰富的宗教文化资源更是吸引了海内外游客和宗教人士,潜藏着巨大的素食市场。但是纵观西安的素食市场却呈现出停滞不前的状态,并没有将潜在消费者变为消费者。素食作为一种文化饮食媒介也没有起到传播素食文化的作用。许多早年间的素食餐厅纷纷倒闭,剩余的四、五家餐厅也呈现出入不敷出的状态,其他素食相关产业也基本处于萌芽阶段,可以看出西安地区的素食市场并没有被充分开发,其经济效益与社会效益也没有得到最大发挥。本文运用文献研究法、实地调查法和比较分析法,在对素食历史、国内素食市场分析研究的基础上,基于西安地区的历史文化和经济发展等特点,分析了西安地区素食市场的现状,开发优势以及存在的问题,并提出了相应的开发拓展素食市场的策略和措施。
[Abstract]:Xi'an region is rich in tourism resources, especially its rich religious and cultural resources, attracting tourists and religious people at home and abroad, hidden a huge vegetarian market.But the vegetarian market in Xi'an has stagnated, not turning potential consumers into consumers.Vegetarianism as a cultural diet medium has not played a role in spreading vegetarian culture.Many vegetarian restaurants have closed down in the early years, the remaining four or five restaurants have also shown a state of living beyond their means, and other vegetarian-related industries are basically in their infancy. It can be seen that the vegetarian market in Xi'an has not been fully developed.Its economic and social benefits have not been maximized.This paper uses literature research, field investigation and comparative analysis, based on the analysis of vegetarian history and domestic vegetarian market, based on the historical, cultural and economic development of Xi'an.This paper analyzes the present situation, development advantages and existing problems of vegetarian market in Xi'an area, and puts forward the corresponding strategies and measures for developing and expanding vegetarian market.
