台儿庄清御园酒店竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的快速发展,酒店业在国内得到迅速扩张。虽然酒店业是一个历史悠久的行业,但是不同于其他一些衰退的夕阳产业,酒店业属于前景光明的朝阳产业。酒店业作为第三产业的典型代表,是推动经济发展的重要力量。目前酒店业竞争激烈,酒店管理者亟需找到发展方向,重视差异化发展,重视客户体验的提升。特别对于高端酒店,更需要提升自身的品牌形象,提升顾客的满意度,促使自身更好更快的发展。这样才能在激烈的竞争中,特别是和国外同行竞争中有所成绩。 本文以战略管理理论为基础,以台儿庄清御园酒店为研究对象,结合台儿庄区域文化、地理、历史、经济等特点,通过一系列的研究分析得出研究结论。研究结论显示:清御园酒店应该抛弃过去盲目发展的做法,凭借现有的优势与机会,正视劣势与威胁,积极开拓,在发展中以拓展性战略为总体战略,在运营中以差异化竞争战略作为自己的指导方针,在内部基础管理、硬件维护与升级、软件建设与扩展等方面下大力气,尽快提升自己的品牌价值,将清御园酒店建设成消费者钟爱和信赖的五星级高端酒店。同时,本文以清御园酒店为实例,综合分析台儿庄地区的高端酒店现状,得出其制定和实施竞争战略的建议,期望这些建议与意见对其有所借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the hotel industry is expanding rapidly in China.Although the hotel industry is a long history, but unlike some other declining sunset industry, hotel industry belongs to the bright sunrise industry.Hotel industry as a typical representative of the tertiary industry, is an important force to promote economic development.At present, the hotel industry competition is fierce, hotel managers need to find the direction of development, pay attention to the development of differentiation and customer experience.Especially for high-end hotels, we need to improve their brand image, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote their own better and faster development.In this way, in the fierce competition, especially with foreign counterparts in the competition has achieved.Based on the theory of strategic management and taking Taichuang Qing Hotel Misono as the research object, this paper draws a conclusion through a series of research and analysis combined with the characteristics of Taierzhuang regional culture, geography, history and economy.The conclusion of the study shows that the Hotel Misono should abandon the blind development in the past, take advantage of the existing advantages and opportunities, face up to the disadvantages and threats, actively develop, and take the expanding strategy as the overall strategy in the development.In the operation of the differentiated competitive strategy as their own guidelines, in the internal basic management, hardware maintenance and upgrading, software construction and expansion, and so on, as soon as possible to enhance their brand value,The Qing Hotel Misono will be built into a consumer favorite and trust five-star high-end hotel.At the same time, taking Hotel Misono as an example, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation of high-end hotels in Taierzhuang area, and draws some suggestions on how to formulate and implement the competitive strategy. It is expected that these suggestions and suggestions can be used for reference.
