引入服务业FDI与服务业内部结构优化：理论与实证分析

【摘要】：伴随着服务部门的对外开放,国家有关部门制定了诸多政策引导服务业FDI多投向知识密集型的现代服务部门。本文旨在探究服务业FDI优化服务业内部结构的机理和效应。论文借助国内外服务业FDI、服务业内部结构以及服务业FDI与服务业内部结构优化关系的相关研究成果,在论述服务业FDI促进服务业结构优化的资本效应、技术溢出效应以及收入效应的基础上,进—步从产业关联的角度研究了生产性服务业FDI特有的技术溢出路径；利用1992-2011年数据,检验了服务业FDI与服务业结构优化的相关性,并借鉴贸易引力模型的思路建立渠道检验模型,分两个步骤验证了服务业FDI优化服务业内部结构的效应。研究表明：服务业FDI主要通过技术溢出效应和收入效应来改造传统服务业促进现代服务业的发展,从而优化服务业内部结构。具体结论如下：(1)服务业FDI与服务业结构优化存在着长期的稳定关系,服务业FDI可以很好地推进服务业内部结构的优化；(2)运用渠道检验模型验证得出服务业FDI主要通过技术效应和收入效应优化服务业内部结构,并且后者的效应大于前者,资本效应则不显著。最后结合理论机制、实证结果与原因分析、我国服务业利用FDI与服务业内部结构现状,论文提出了如下建议：优化外商投资环境,加大服务业外资的引进力度；正确引导外资投入方向,合理的利用外资；大力培养服务业人才,充分利用外资的技术溢出效应；提高个人可支配收入,更好的发挥外资的收入效应。
[Abstract]:With the opening up of the service sector, the relevant departments of the state have formulated many policies to guide the service industry FDI to turn to the knowledge intensive modern service sector.The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism and effect of FDI in service industry to optimize the internal structure of service industry.With the help of domestic and foreign service industry FDI, service industry internal structure and the relationship between service FDI and service internal structure optimization, this paper discusses the capital effect of service FDI promoting service industry structure optimization.On the basis of technology spillover effect and income effect, this paper studies the specific technology spillover path of producer service industry (FDI) from the angle of industry correlation, and tests the correlation between service FDI and service industry structure optimization by using the data from 1992 to 2011.Based on the trade gravity model, the channel test model is established, and the effect of service FDI on optimizing the internal structure of service industry is verified in two steps.The research shows that the FDI of service industry can improve the development of modern service industry by means of technology spillover effect and income effect, so as to optimize the internal structure of service industry.The specific conclusion is as follows: (1) there is a long-term and stable relationship between service FDI and service industry structural optimization.The service industry FDI can promote the optimization of the service industry internal structure very well. By using the channel test model, it is concluded that the service industry FDI optimizes the service industry internal structure mainly through the technical effect and the income effect, and the latter effect is larger than the former.The capital effect is not significant.Finally, combined with the theoretical mechanism, empirical results and causes analysis, the service industry in China using FDI and the internal structure of the service industry, the paper puts forward the following suggestions: optimize the foreign investment environment, increase the introduction of foreign investment in the service industry;We should correctly guide the direction of foreign investment, make rational use of foreign capital, vigorously train talents in service industry, make full use of the technology spillover effect of foreign capital, improve personal disposable income, and better exert the income effect of foreign capital.
