瑞士CBL课程借鉴

【摘要】:CBL是基于现代教育思想和管理理论指导下一种新的实训课程教学模式。本文首次介定了CBL的含义、理论基础及瑞士高校CBL认知实践课程的实施优势,以期对此领域近乎空白的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用。通过国内外两所高校酒店管理专业实践课程实施效果比照,印证了向瑞士学习借鉴CBL课程对我国酒店类职业教育探索与改革的意义所在。在对CBL的课程设计与开发做出详尽诠释之后,文章又对CBL课程如何运用多种教学方式,提升教学效果做出了借鉴阐述,同时说明了CBL课程是柔和了CBE和PBL的创新学习模式,借鉴就需要对传统教育理念改革。
[Abstract]:CBL is a new practical course teaching mode guided by modern educational thought and management theory.This paper first introduces the meaning of CBL, the theoretical basis and the advantages of the CBL cognitive practice course in Swiss colleges and universities, with a view to providing a reference to the nearly blank research in this field.By comparing the effect of the practical courses of hotel management in two universities at home and abroad, this paper proves the significance of learning from Switzerland for reference to the exploration and reform of hotel vocational education in China.After making a detailed explanation to the course design and development of CBL, the article expounds how to use a variety of teaching methods to improve the teaching effect of CBL course, and at the same time explains that CBL course is the innovative learning mode that softens CBE and PBL.It is necessary to reform the traditional educational concept for reference.
