东北三省服务业集聚与资源整合——基于区位熵视角的分析

【摘要】：伴随着新一轮东北老工业基地振兴战略的提出,东北地区服务业资源集聚整合发展成为提高地区经济竞争力的重要出路。以东三省服务业集聚为研究对象,采用区位熵指数,对1995-2014年间东北三省服务业集聚程度进行估算。实证分析发现:东北地区自然资源优势明显,人力资本和地区经济资源不足;地区服务业集聚程度受到工业化程度、地区规模、政府干预等因素影响较大。建议通过规划特色产业集聚区,建立互通互补的人才库,加快东北三省服务业资源整合,带动区域经济增长。
[Abstract]:With the development of a new round of rejuvenation strategy of the old industrial base in Northeast China, the integration and development of service resources in Northeast China has become an important way to improve the regional economic competitiveness. Taking the service industry agglomeration of the three eastern provinces as the research object, the paper estimates the service industry agglomeration degree of the three northeast provinces from 1995 to 2014 by using the location entropy index. The empirical analysis shows that the advantages of natural resources in Northeast China are obvious, the human capital and regional economic resources are insufficient, and the degree of regional service industry agglomeration is greatly affected by the degree of industrialization, regional scale, government intervention and so on. It is suggested that through the planning of characteristic industrial agglomeration areas and the establishment of a mutual and complementary talent pool, the integration of service resources in the three provinces of Northeast China should be accelerated, and regional economic growth should be promoted.
