【摘要】：创意产业作为现代社会经济发展的朝阳产业，其对人类精神生活的升级、推动科技进步、城市经济转型以及经济全球化方面起到了重要作用，所产生的巨大经济效益已经为区域经济发展和社会进步带来了前所未有的正面效果。知识流动是在集群化模式、创意迸发、人员流动和企业发展需要等因素的共同影响下发展而来的，它对社会转型、文化传承和城市改造具有积极意义，并能促进创意企业间的合作，转变企业的知识存量和知识结构，实现整个集群的协调发展，从而带动区域经济的可持续发展。目前，国内外学者对创意产业集群已有关注，并取得了丰硕的研究成果，但是研究重点只停留在创意产业集群的形成和发展以及创意产业集群能带动相关产业进步，转变经济发展方式等理论层面。因此本文从定量分析入手，，对创意产业集群企业间知识流动进行深入分析，无论是从理论和现实两个方面都对创意产业集群的发展有一定的指导意义。本文首先对创意产业集群企业间知识流动的相关概念进行界定，对创意产业集群内企业间知识流动的特征和途径进行分析。其次，对集群内知识流动的影响因素提出假设。在此基础上，应用结构方程方法建立受多个影响因素影响的结构方程模型，结合问卷调查数据分析验证假设，并对模型样本进行信度和效度分析。第三，通过模型计算路径系数。探索知识供给主体、知识接收主体、知识属性、环境因素和主体间亲密度五个影响因素之间的相互作用，共同对创意产业集群企业间知识流动具有显著性影响。最后，对长沙市动漫产业集群进行案例分析，从集群内部的角度分析抑制动漫产业集群内企业间知识流动的影响因素，最后提出促进策略，希望能对长沙市创意产业集群的发展提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:As a sunrise industry of modern social and economic development, creative industry plays an important role in upgrading human spiritual life, promoting scientific and technological progress, urban economic transformation and economic globalization. The enormous economic benefits have brought unprecedented positive effects to regional economic development and social progress. Knowledge flow is developed under the influence of cluster mode, creative burst, personnel flow and enterprise development needs, etc. It is of positive significance to social transformation, cultural heritage and urban transformation. It can promote the cooperation among creative enterprises, change the knowledge stock and knowledge structure of enterprises, realize the coordinated development of the whole cluster, and promote the sustainable development of regional economy. At present, scholars at home and abroad have paid attention to the creative industry cluster, and have made fruitful research results, but the research focus is only on the formation and development of the creative industry cluster and the creative industry cluster can promote the progress of related industries. Change the mode of economic development and other theoretical levels. Therefore, this paper starts with quantitative analysis and deeply analyzes the knowledge flow among enterprises in creative industry cluster, which has certain guiding significance for the development of creative industry cluster from both theoretical and practical aspects. This paper first defines the concept of knowledge flow among creative industry clusters and analyzes the characteristics and approaches of knowledge flow among enterprises in creative industry clusters. Secondly, the hypothesis of influencing factors of knowledge flow in cluster is put forward. On this basis, the structural equation model which is affected by many factors is established by using the structural equation method. The hypothesis is verified by the questionnaire data analysis, and the reliability and validity of the model sample are analyzed. Thirdly, the path coefficient is calculated by the model. This paper explores the interaction between knowledge providers, knowledge recipients, knowledge attributes, environmental factors and affinity among agents, which has a significant impact on the knowledge flow among creative industry clusters. Finally, the case study of Changsha animation industry cluster, from the point of view of the cluster internal analysis of restraining the animation industry cluster inter-enterprise knowledge flow factors, finally put forward the promotion strategy. Hope to provide some reference to the development of Changsha creative industry cluster.
