中国省域星级饭店发展的收敛及影响因素研究

【摘要】：文章以1996-2011年我国31个省(区、市)星级饭店的面板数据为基础,运用Theil指数和Gini系数对其省域差异进行测算,结果显示:省域间星级饭店发展水平存在差异,但呈现缩小趋势。采用计量模型对影响因素进行分析,结果显示:初始期星级饭店发展水平较低的省份具有较强的后发优势,发展速度较高,同时,旅游资源的较快开发加速了星级饭店水平的提升,缩小了与发达地区的差距,具有收敛效应,且居于主导地位;但较低的经济发展水平、旅游接待水平和服务业发展水平制约了星级饭店的发展,不具有收敛效应,居于从属地位。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of the star-rated hotels in 31 provinces (regions and cities) in China from 1996 to 2011, this paper uses Theil index and Gini coefficient to measure the difference of the provincial regions. The results show that there are differences in the development level of the star-rated hotels in different provinces, but the trend is decreasing. Using the econometric model to analyze the influencing factors, the results show that the provinces with low level of development of star-rated hotels in the initial period have a strong advantage of late development, high speed of development, and at the same time, The rapid development of tourism resources accelerates the upgrading of the level of star-rated hotels, reduces the gap with developed regions, has the effect of convergence and occupies the leading position, but the lower level of economic development, The level of tourism reception and the development of service industry restrict the development of star-rated hotels and have no convergent effect and occupy a subordinate position.
