外部组织整合与知识获取对新服务开发绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:随着服务业的迅速崛起及服务经济在国民经济中地位的日渐提高,呈现出“经济的服务化”,服务业的技术进步和创新的重要性愈发凸显。同时,市场竞争的激烈化和顾客需求的多样化趋势使服务的生命周期日渐缩短。新服务开发致力于对既有服务进行改进或创造新的服务,以满足顾客多样化的需求,并帮助组织获取多重利益。作为社会网络成员,企业通过外部组织整合即不同组织之间的整合,整合包括供应商、顾客及合作伙伴等拥有的多种有价资源,力图突破自身资源有限性的束缚,实现新服务开发的快速化、针对性和精准性。在此过程中,“服务的知识化”又促使企业利用内外部的互补性知识,缩短新服务开发项目的周期、降低新服务开发项目的成本。良好的外部组织整合或许能够帮助企业通过外部网络联系获取更多的资源、信息与知识,但并不一定有充分的能力来吸收这些知识,因此,还有必要考虑企业吸收能力的调节作用。本文在服务科学视角下,基于社会网络理论和知识管理理论,在回顾国内外学者对企业外部组织整合、知识获取、吸收能力与新服务开发绩效等相关研究基础上,深入探讨外部组织整合和知识获取对新服务开发绩效的影响,并进一步考察吸收能力在该影响过程中的作用。本文以珠三角区域的服务企业作为研究对象,通过面上较大规模的问卷调研,运用SPSS20.0和AMOS18.0等计量统计工具对247份样本企业数据进行结构方程模型分析。研究结果表明:(1)外部组织整合对新服务开发绩效有正向影响关系;(2)外部组织整合对知识获取有正向影响关系;(3)知识获取对服务创新绩效有正向影响关系;(4)知识获取在外部组织整合对新服务开发绩效的影响起到部分存在中介效应;(5)吸收能力在知识获取与新服务开发绩效的关系中起到调节作用。通过对上述几个问题的探讨,挖掘出外部组织整合、知识获取、吸收能力与及新服务开发绩效之间的关系,将在一定程度上丰富我国服务科学特别新服务开发领域的研究,也为我国企业就如何通过外部组织整合和知识获取提高新服务开发绩效提供一定的借鉴与指导。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of the service industry and the increasing status of the service economy in the national economy, there is a "service-oriented economy", and the importance of technological progress and innovation of the service industry becomes more and more prominent. At the same time, the fierce market competition and the diversification trend of customer demand make the service life cycle shorten day by day. New service development is dedicated to improving existing services or creating new services to meet the diverse needs of customers and to help organizations achieve multiple benefits. As a member of social network, the enterprise through the integration of external organizations is the integration of different organizations, integration includes suppliers, customers and partners, and other valuable resources, trying to break through the constraints of their limited resources. Realize the speed, pertinence and precision of new service development. In this process, "knowledge of service" also urges enterprises to use complementary knowledge inside and outside, shorten the cycle of new service development projects, and reduce the cost of new service development projects. Good integration of external organizations may help businesses gain access to more resources, information and knowledge through external networking links, but not necessarily sufficient capacity to absorb such knowledge, so, It is also necessary to consider the absorptive capacity of the regulatory role. From the perspective of service science, based on the theory of social network and knowledge management, this paper reviews the related researches on external organization integration, knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and performance of new service development. The influence of external organization integration and knowledge acquisition on the performance of new service development is discussed, and the role of absorptive capacity in the process is further investigated. This paper takes the service enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region as the research object, through the large-scale questionnaire survey on the surface, uses the SPSS20.0 and AMOS18.0 and other econometric statistical tools to carry on the structural equation model analysis to 247 sample enterprise data. The results show that: 1) external organizational integration has a positive impact on the performance of new service development. (2) external organizational integration has a positive impact on knowledge acquisition. 3) knowledge acquisition has a positive impact on service innovation performance. The influence of external organization integration on the performance of new service development is partly mediated) absorptive capacity plays a regulating role in the relationship between knowledge acquisition and performance of new service development. Through the discussion of the above problems, the relationship between external organization integration, knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and the performance of new service development will be excavated, which will enrich the research of service science in China, especially in the field of new service development, to some extent. It also provides some reference and guidance for Chinese enterprises on how to improve the performance of new service development through external organization integration and knowledge acquisition.
