中国生产性服务业利用FDI的经济增长效应研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展和国际产业的转移,生产性服务业逐渐成为外商直接投资的重点,在一国经济发展中起着重要作用。生产性服务业具有知识和技术密集型的特点,对经济的发展发挥着其独特的作用。外商对生产性服务业的投资,弥补了生产性服务业的资金缺口、带来了国外的先进技术和管理经验,对中国的经济产生了重要影响。因此,研究生产性服务业利用外商直接投资和我国经济增长之间的关系及对经济增长的具体效应具有现实的经济意义,有利于我们采取相关措施促进经济增长。本文通过选取1997-2011年生产性服务业利用外商直接投资额和中国人均GDP,通过理论和实证来分析生产性服务业利用外商直接投资与中国经济增长的关系,并对影响经济增长的具体作用机制进行分析,比较其效应大小。由于生产性服务业的细分行业利用外商直接投资对经济增长产生的效应是不同的,因此本文还通过建立面板数据模型来具体分析各行业利用外商直接投资对其GDP增加值的影响,通过比较效应的大小,为将来更合理的引导外资流向提供参考。实证结果表明,生产性服务业利用外商直接投资对经济增长有促进作用,并且存在长期稳定的协整关系,二者互为Granger因果关系。生产性服务业利用外商直接投资通过资本效应、技术效应、就业效应、产业结构效应对经济增长发挥作用,其中技术效应对经济增长的影响最大。从具体行业的分析得出,金融业利用外商直接投资对GDP的影响最大,而科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业对GDP的影响最小。根据实证结果提出相应的政策措施,进一步的提高我国生产性服务业利用外商直接投资的水平,充分发挥其对经济增长的效应,提高综合实力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the transfer of international industries, producer services have gradually become the focus of foreign direct investment and play an important role in the economic development of a country. Producer services have the characteristics of knowledge and technology-intensive, and play a unique role in the development of economy. Foreign investment in producer services has made up for the capital gap of producer services, brought advanced technology and management experience to foreign countries, and has had an important impact on China's economy. Therefore, it is of practical economic significance to study the relationship between the utilization of foreign direct investment in producer services and China's economic growth and its specific effects on economic growth, which is beneficial to us to take relevant measures to promote economic growth. This paper analyzes the relationship between FDI utilization in producer services and China's economic growth through theoretical and empirical analysis by selecting FDI in producer services from 1997 to 2011 and GDP per capita in China. And analyze the concrete action mechanism that affects the economic growth, compare its effect. Because the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) on economic growth is different in the subdivision of producer service industry, this paper also analyzes the effect of FDI on the added value of GDP by establishing panel data model. By comparing the size of the effect, for the future more reasonable direction of foreign investment to provide a reference. The empirical results show that the use of foreign direct investment in producer services can promote economic growth and there is a long-term stable cointegration relationship. The two are Granger causality. Using FDI in producer services plays an important role in economic growth through capital effect, technological effect, employment effect and industrial structure effect, among which the technological effect has the greatest effect on economic growth. From the analysis of specific industries, it is concluded that the financial industry has the greatest impact on GDP by using foreign direct investment, while scientific research, technical services and geological exploration have the least impact on GDP. According to the empirical results, the corresponding policies and measures are put forward to further improve the level of foreign direct investment in producer services in China, to give full play to its effect on economic growth, and to improve the comprehensive strength.
