FOA公司快速反应供应链构建研究

【摘要】:2008年开始的金融危机,给美国的酒店餐饮业带来了巨大的打击。为了节约成本,众多酒店餐饮公司在采购餐具设备时纷纷从原来的大批量备库存式的采购变成多批次小批量的及时采购,这就给餐具设备供应商的经营带来了冲击,作为美国高端酒店餐具设备供应商的FTA也未能幸免,承担FTA在中国地区采购的FOA公司,如何采用有效方法帮助母公司FTA满足客户的新需要是现阶段要解决地非常重要的一个问题。 建立快捷高效的供应链是一个重要的解决方法:在不增加运营成本的前提下优化从生产、运输、装柜、到海运各个流程的操作,在最短的时间内把货物送到FTA美国的分销仓库。当前FOA在供应商管理,货运安排等方面存在不少问题,导致公司的整体采购能力和物流运输效率不高,影响母公司在美国对客户的服务水平。 有鉴于此,本文以理论分析和FOA公司实例相结合的方法,对FOA的供应链管理进行研究,分析FOA公司存在的问题,提出快速反应供应链管理的基本理论。并就供应商选择和合作及物流操作提出优化方案,帮助FOA提升服务水平。 论文的主要研究工作有以下3点: 1.从客户需求的变化,分析FOA供应链管理的新需求。 2.指出FOA公司现行供应链存在的问题和改进的必要性。 3.提出具体优化方案并论证其可行性。 本文的研究不仅可以对FOA公司的经营管理提出有益的决策辅助,同时可以对正面临新一轮竞争压力的广大中小型出口企业提升供应链管理水平提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis that began in 2008 has dealt a huge blow to the hotel and catering industry in the United States. In order to save the cost, many hotel and catering companies have changed from large batch inventory procurement to multi-batch small batch timely procurement when purchasing tableware equipment, which has brought impact to the management of tableware equipment suppliers. FTA, a supplier of high-end hotel utensils and utensils in the United States, has also not been spared. FOA, which is responsible for the purchase of FTA in China, How to use effective methods to help parent company FTA meet the new needs of customers is a very important problem to solve at this stage. Establishing a fast and efficient supply chain is an important solution: optimize operations from production, transportation, loading, and shipping processes without increasing operating costs, and deliver the goods to the FTA distribution warehouse in the shortest time. At present, FOA has many problems in supplier management, freight arrangement and so on, which leads to the low purchasing ability and logistics efficiency of the company, which affects the service level of the parent company to customers in the United States. In view of this, this paper studies the supply chain management of FOA by combining theoretical analysis with the example of FOA company, analyzes the problems existing in FOA company, and puts forward the basic theory of rapid response supply chain management. And the supplier selection and cooperation and logistics operation optimization program to help FOA improve service level. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. Analyze the new demand of FOA supply chain management from the change of customer demand. 2. This paper points out the problems existing in the current supply chain of FOA Company and the necessity of improvement. 3. The concrete optimization scheme is put forward and its feasibility is proved. The research in this paper can not only provide a useful decision aid for the management of FOA, but also provide a reference for the small and medium-sized export enterprises which are facing a new round of competition pressure to enhance the level of supply chain management.
