休闲娱乐行业外来女性非正规就业分析

【摘要】：本文对浙江省10城市休闲娱乐行业外来女性非正规就业进行调查和分析,构建了"灰色度"的概念。通过AMOS结构方程分析后发现,体型指数、受教育程度、兄弟姐妹数量、父母的工作情况对进入这一行业从事非正规就业有显著影响。认为明晰并规范休闲娱乐行业的工作内容和服务质量是促进该行业走向正轨和正规的可靠而现实的途径,社会认可和社会网络支持将有助于这一转变。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the informal employment of foreign women in 10 cities of Zhejiang Province, and constructs the concept of "grey degree". Through the analysis of AMOS structural equation, it was found that body shape index, education level, number of siblings and parents' working conditions had significant influence on entering this industry to engage in informal employment. It is considered that clarifying and standardizing the work content and service quality of leisure and entertainment industry is a reliable and realistic way to promote the industry to be on track and formal. Social recognition and social network support will help this change.
