上海市第三产业结构演变对其增长的影响研究

【摘要】：上世纪末以来,科技飞速进步,经济全球化进程发展迅猛,许多国家开始由工业经济转向服务业经济,服务业增加值占GDP的比重不断上升。自改革开放以来,上海市第三产业也持续高速增长,但其占GDP比重与发达国家的大都市相比,仍有着不小的差距,因此,研究上海第三产业的发展有重要的现实意义。第三产业内部结构演变的过程,其实就是现代服务业逐步取代传统服务业成为主导产业部门并且推动第三产业增长的过程。第三产业内部结构的演变通过“主导产业驱动”和“结构红利”这两个作用机制影响着第三产业的增长。本文在国内外相关文献的理论基础上,对上海市第三产业发展的状况、趋势和内部结构演变进行了分析,并揭示了第三产业结构与其增长的关联程度及结构演变对增长的贡献率,然后从第三产业结构高级化与结构合理化两个角度来衡量结构演变,利用计量模型,分析了第三产业结构演变对其增长的影响。本文的分析结果表明,第三产业结构高级化程度提高和结构合理化程度提高都对第三产业的增长有正面推动作用,且结构合理化的推动作用比结构高级化更大一些。本文最后根据研究结果提出建议,上海市政府应该首先重视第三产业结构的合理化,在保证各部门协调发展的基础上,再积极推动第三产业的结构高级化演变。
[Abstract]:Since the end of last century, with the rapid progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economic globalization, many countries begin to shift from industrial economy to service economy, and the proportion of added value of service industry to GDP is rising. Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry in Shanghai has continued to grow at a high speed, but its proportion in GDP is still not small compared with the metropolis in developed countries. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development of the tertiary industry in Shanghai. The evolution of the internal structure of the tertiary industry is actually a process in which the modern service industry gradually replaces the traditional service industry as the leading industrial sector and promotes the growth of the tertiary industry. The evolution of the internal structure of the tertiary industry influences the growth of the tertiary industry through the two action mechanisms of "leading industry driving" and "structural dividend". Based on the theory of domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the development situation, trend and internal structure of the tertiary industry in Shanghai. It also reveals the relationship between the tertiary industry structure and its growth and the contribution rate of the structure evolution to the growth, and then measures the structure evolution from the perspective of the tertiary industrial structure upgrading and the structure rationalization, and uses the econometric model. The influence of the evolution of tertiary industry structure on its growth is analyzed. The results of this paper show that the improvement of the tertiary industrial structure and the improvement of the structure rationalization have positive effects on the growth of the tertiary industry, and the promotion of the structure rationalization is more important than that of the structural upgrading. Finally, according to the research results, the author suggests that the Shanghai municipal government should first attach importance to the rationalization of the tertiary industry structure, ensure the coordinated development of the various departments, and then actively promote the tertiary industry structure development.
