基于民生需求的服务设计研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济从制造业向服务业转型,针对服务业的设计和创新需求日益凸显,为了应对此种需求和社会型态的变迁,一些西方学者提出了“服务设计”的概念,近年来服务设计成为国内外设计界高度关注的焦点。然而现存大多数设计研究和实务都将服务设计集中在以市场和消费者为目标,以企业为主体的商业服务,本研究认为,应当将关注的视野进一步拓展到服务设计可能触及的更为广阔与影响深远的领域,如公共领域的服务,以及在新的媒介环境中,通过社会协调而衍生的自助式服务,等等。在这种视野下,“服务设计”可能成为一种民主介入社会协同建设、激发社会创新潜力的新途径。 本文所探讨的服务设计,是基于当代社会人文与经济关系的深刻变化而生成的一套行为概念与价值系统。全文分为四个部分,首先讨论了服务设计产生的背景以及设计专业在新时代下出现的变化和趋势。第二章通过研究服务设计的现有理论,构建服务设计的知识框架。从服务设计的意涵和切入点引申到服务设计的基本理念,随后探讨服务设计的工具和方法,最后结合案例,论述服务设计可作为的层面。第三章以台北户政服务为实际研究对象,运用服务设计的知识和方法分析各项服务内容,其中局部对比北京入境服务,归纳研究中发现的公共服务的特殊性,启示服务设计在公共服务方面的应用潜力。最后通过简略回顾设计史从产品语境向服务语境的转变历程,展望服务设计在民主社会及可持续发展条件下不断创新的可能。
[Abstract]:With the transition of the world economy from manufacturing to service, the demand for design and innovation of service industry is becoming more and more prominent. In order to cope with this demand and the change of social pattern, some western scholars put forward the concept of "service design". In recent years, service design has become the focus of attention in the field of design at home and abroad. However, most of the existing design research and practice focus on the commercial service with the market and consumers as the target and the enterprise as the main body. Attention should be further expanded to the broader and more far-reaching areas that service design may touch, such as services in the public domain, self-service derived from social coordination in the new media environment, and so on. In this view, "service design" may become a new way for democracy to intervene in the cooperative construction of society and stimulate the potential of social innovation. It is a set of behavior concept and value system based on the profound change of the relationship between humanity and economy in contemporary society. This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, the background of service design and the changes and trends of design specialty in the new era are discussed. The second chapter constructs the knowledge frame of service design by studying the existing theory of service design. From the implication and breakthrough point of service design to the basic concept of service design, the paper discusses the tools and methods of service design, and finally discusses the level of service design. The third chapter takes the Taipei household administration service as the actual research object, using the knowledge and method of service design to analyze the contents of various services, among which the partial comparison of the Beijing immigration service, summarizes the particularity of the public service found in the research. Enlighten the application potential of service design in public service. Finally, by reviewing the history of design from product context to service context, the author looks forward to the possibility of continuous innovation of service design under the conditions of democratic society and sustainable development.
