基于核心竞争力理论的成都星级酒店业务外包研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化发展,各类企业都不同程度地被卷入到这场全球化浪潮中。但要从经济全球化竞争中获得最大利益,并使企业持续发展,他们就必须培育企业的核心竞争力,形成占领市场的独特优势。然而,企业的资源是有限的,这就要求企业不断整合内外资源,优化资源配置。由此企业业务外包应运而生。诸多实践表明,业务外包能使企业更好地专注发展核心竞争力,从而形成新的经济增长点。 作为随经济发展而快速发展起来的酒店业,目前,国内外不少酒店已通过业务外包提升其核心竞争力,并获得了一些成功的外包经验。在这种背景下,正确认识成都星级酒店业务外包现状,从而有针对性地采取一些有效措施以提升酒店核心竞争力是很有意义的。 全文共分为六章。第一章绪论,该部分介绍了本文的研究背景与研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究范围和研究对象、研究思路、研究方法和本文创新点。第二章是本文研究的理论基础,该部分系统介绍了核心竞争力理论及相关理论。第三章通过深入调研,从成都星级酒店对外包的认识和态度、外包范围、外包运作方式及外包供应商情况等方面对成都星级酒店业务外包的基本情况进行了分析,并总结出由于酒店外部市场不成熟、酒店内外竞争压力大、缺乏政府对酒店业务外包的指导以及酒店自身外包制度的不完善四大主要原因,成都星级酒店在外包观念、外包决策、外包实施、外包后续支撑体系方面还存在不少问题。第四、五、六章是本文的对策研究部分。该部分分别从外包决策、外包管理、外包效果评价三方面对成都星级酒店业务外包进行了较详细的探讨。最后,对全文进行了总结,并提出了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, all kinds of enterprises are involved in the tide of globalization to varying degrees. However, in order to obtain the greatest benefit from the competition of economic globalization and to make the enterprises develop continuously, they must cultivate the core competitiveness of the enterprises and form the unique advantages of occupying the market. However, the resources of enterprises are limited, which requires enterprises to continuously integrate internal and external resources and optimize resource allocation. As a result, business outsourcing emerged as the times require. Many practices show that outsourcing can make enterprises focus on the development of core competitiveness, thus forming a new economic growth point. As a fast developing hotel industry with the development of economy, at present, many hotels at home and abroad have improved their core competitiveness through outsourcing, and have gained some successful outsourcing experience. Under this background, it is meaningful to correctly understand the status quo of Chengdu star hotel outsourcing, and then take some effective measures to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which introduces the research background and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research scope and research object, the research idea, the research method and the innovation of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study, which systematically introduces the core competitiveness theory and related theories. The third chapter through the thorough investigation, from Chengdu star hotel to the outsourcing understanding and the attitude, the outsourcing scope, the outsourcing operation way and the outsourcing supplier situation and so on aspects has carried on the analysis to the Chengdu star hotel service outsourcing basic situation. Four main reasons, such as immature external market, high competitive pressure, lack of guidance from the government and imperfect outsourcing system, are summarized. Chengdu star hotel is outsourcing concept. There are still many problems in outsourcing decision making, outsourcing implementation and outsourcing follow-up support system. The fourth, fifth, sixth chapter is the countermeasure research part of this article. This part discusses the outsourcing of Chengdu star hotels in detail from three aspects: outsourcing decision, outsourcing management and outsourcing effect evaluation. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the research direction in the future.
