【摘要】：生产性服务业是近年来经济发展的热点领域，是第三产业的重要组成部分。生产性服务业发展程度的高低、发展速度的快慢将直接影响地区国民经济的总体水平。山东省作为东部沿海地区重要省份，加快推动其生产性服务业发展将有利于带动地区就业和产业结构优化升级、促进地区经济增长和提升区域竞争能力。因此，对加快推进山东生产性服务业发展的相关问题进行探讨具有重要理论意义和现实意义，本文的研究在这样的基础上展开。在研究方法上，本文主要采用了文献资料法、实证分析法、比较分析法、数理分析法等具体研究方法，并且在研究过程中注意坚持实事求是。在总体结构上，包括引言在内本文主要有五个部分，分别介绍了选题的背景意义及研究现状、生产性服务业的相关理论、山东加快发展生产性服务业的重要意义及有利条件、山东生产性服务业发展的总体状况和相关对策建议等等。本文认为，当前山东生产性服务业发展面临难得的机遇，已具备许多有利条件，并且业已取得了众多显著的发展成果。与此同时，当前山东生产性服务业发展也面临一些突出问题，比如发展速度还相对滞后等。为了便于充分分析论证，，本文运用数据资料将山东省与江苏、浙江、广东等省份的生产性服务业发展进行了细致分析与比较研究，这一部分内容也是本文的研究重点所在。另外，在本文的对策建议部分，同时还提出了一个山东生产性服务业发展的“济南——青岛”生产性服务业点轴布局模式，这也可视为本文的创新点之一。在最后结束部分，本文对全部的研究过程进行了简要总结，并指出了研究中存在的不足之处以及未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Producer service is a hot area of economic development in recent years and an important part of tertiary industry. The level of producer service development and the speed of development will directly affect the overall level of regional national economy. As an important province in the eastern coastal region, Shandong Province will accelerate the development of its producer services, which will help to promote regional employment and industrial structure optimization and upgrading, promote regional economic growth and enhance regional competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the issues related to accelerating the development of producer service industry in Shandong Province, and the research of this paper is carried out on this basis. In terms of research methods, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, empirical analysis, comparative analysis, mathematical analysis and so on, and insists on seeking truth from facts in the course of research. In the overall structure, including the introduction, this paper mainly has five parts. It introduces the background significance and research status of the topic, the relevant theories of producer services, the significance and favorable conditions of accelerating the development of producer services in Shandong Province. Shandong producer services development of the overall situation and relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This paper holds that the development of producer services in Shandong is faced with a rare opportunity and has many favorable conditions, and has made many remarkable achievements. At the same time, the current development of producer services in Shandong also faces some outstanding problems, such as the pace of development is lagging behind. In order to make full analysis and demonstration, this paper makes a detailed analysis and comparative study on the development of producer services in Shandong Province, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other provinces by using the data, which is also the focus of this paper. In addition, in the part of countermeasures and suggestions of this paper, we also put forward a "Jinan-Qingdao" producer service point axis layout model for the development of producer services in Shandong Province, which can also be regarded as one of the innovative points of this paper. In the last part, this paper summarizes the whole research process, and points out the shortcomings of the research and the research direction in the future.
