集群理论视角下服务业创新能力提升问题研究

【摘要】：我国服务业发展创新存在专业化程度不高、技术含量比较低以及企业之间协调性较差等问题,产业的聚集可以不断提升集群内部企业的知识生产、转移以及利用能力,利用产业的集群优势可以迅速提升我国服务业的创新能力。选择适合区域优势发展的集群模式、建立健全集群内企业间协调机制、重视人才培养和提升员工素质、开拓新的融资渠道、政府提供适应现代服务业创新的政策是利用集群发展模式提升我国服务业创新能力的有效路径。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in the development and innovation of service industry in our country, such as low specialization, low technology content and poor coordination among enterprises. Industrial agglomeration can continuously enhance the ability of knowledge production, transfer and utilization of enterprises within the cluster. The advantage of industrial cluster can rapidly improve the innovation ability of our service industry. Select the cluster mode suitable for the regional advantage development, establish and perfect the coordination mechanism among enterprises in the cluster, attach importance to the cultivation of talents and improve the quality of the staff, and open up new financing channels. The government provides the policy to adapt to the innovation of modern service industry is an effective way to improve the innovation ability of our service industry by using the cluster development model.
