【摘要】：正生活性服务业是国民经济的基础性产业,是不断深化供给侧结构性改革的重要产业,也是直接服务人民群众生活的民生产业,直接关乎人民群众的衣食住行,关乎稳增长、扩内需、促就业、惠民生大局。促进生活性服务业发展,是保障和改善民生、提高人民群众生活品质的有效手段,也是立足首都功能核心区功能定位、做好首都"四个服务"应有之义。近年来,北京市西城区以建设国际一流的和谐宜居之都为出发点,以提高群众生活
[Abstract]:The living and living service industry is the basic industry of the national economy, an important industry that continuously deepens the structural reform on the supply side, and is also a livelihood industry that directly serves the life of the people.
