城市化背景下服务业就业的区域差异性研究

【摘要】:城市化对经济发展有着巨大拉动作用已成为共识,国内外学者不论是对城市化内涵、特点和发展趋势,还是对城市化引发的产业结构差异、服务业行业差异,,以及城市化对就业的拉动作用都有着全面深入的研究。但是,针对城市化背景下服务业就业的区域差异研究尚未被探索。目前,我国大力推进城市化建设、大力发展服务业的大潮亟需理论支持,本文在借鉴有关文献理论基础之上,首先对服务业发展水平和服务业就业地区差异进行评测,通过评测发现服务业就业水平无论在全国三大区域间还是在区域内都存在较大差异;然后选取与服务业就业关系紧密的5个影响指标建立评价服务业就业的指标体系,探讨了影响指标的统计特点;最后构建城市化背景下服务业就业区域差异的模型,对全国31个省级行政区域2002至2011十年间的数据进行实证分析,发现城市化是服务业就业水平的内生变量,得出服务业就业水平有着显著的区域差异,服务业就业水平越高、城市化对其影响作用越弱,服务业就业水平差距有可能继续加大等结论,并详细分析了出现上述情况的原因,提出了加强服务业行业人才管理、努力改善东部地区服务业发展环境、转变经济发展方式、将服务业就业水平的提高与城市化进程相结合、积极发展中西部地区优势服务业、出台加强中西部地区服务业发展政策、大力提高中西部地区服务业就业水平等政策建议。
[Abstract]:It has become a consensus that urbanization has a huge pulling effect on economic development. Scholars at home and abroad, whether it is the connotation, characteristics and development trend of urbanization, or the industrial structure difference caused by urbanization, the difference of service industry. And the role of urbanization on employment has a comprehensive and in-depth study. However, the regional differences in employment in the service industry under the background of urbanization have not been explored. At present, our country vigorously promotes the urbanization construction, vigorously develops the service industry spring tide to need the theory support, this article, on the reference related literature theory foundation, first carries on the appraisal to the service industry development level and the service industry employment area difference. It is found that there are great differences in the employment level of the service industry in the three major regions of the country and within the region, and then the index system of evaluating the employment of the service industry is established by selecting five influential indicators closely related to the employment of the service industry. This paper discusses the statistical characteristics of the impact indicators, and finally constructs a model of regional differences in employment in the service industry under the background of urbanization, and makes an empirical analysis of the data of 31 provincial administrative regions in China during the period of 2002 to 2011. It is found that urbanization is an endogenous variable of the employment level of service industry. It is concluded that there are significant regional differences in employment level of service industry. The higher the employment level of service industry, the weaker the impact of urbanization on it. The employment level gap of the service industry is likely to continue to widen, and the reasons for the above situation are analyzed in detail. It is proposed to strengthen the talent management of the service industry, strive to improve the development environment of the service industry in the eastern region, and change the mode of economic development. Combining the improvement of employment level of service industry with the process of urbanization, we should actively develop the dominant service industry in the central and western regions, introduce policies to strengthen the development of the service industry in the central and western regions, and make great efforts to improve the employment level of the service industry in the central and western regions.
