FDI对我国服务业内部结构优化的研究

【摘要】：自改革开放尤其是加入世界贸易组织以后,我国经济发展战略发生了转变,增加了对服务业发展的重视,这使得我国服务业各行业得到了快速发展。我国服务业增加值占国内生产总值的比重不断提高,到2012年已经达到了43.1%。虽然服务业得到了快速发展,但是我国服务业内部结构并不是很合理,传统服务业在就业比重和增加值比重上仍占较高的比例,尤其是在不同地区之间,但东部地区的情况要好于中、西部地区。FDI进入我国不仅会带动服务业的发展,同时还可以通过技术外溢效应等能促进服务业内部结构的优化。因此,我国及不同地区之间可以通过FDI来优化服务业的内部结构。首先,绪论首先阐述了为什么会研究FDI优化服务业内部结构,在此基础上分析了研究的目的和意义,然后详细介绍了研究的主要内容和使用的方法,最后说明了论文的创新点和不足之处。其次,相关理论和文献综述介绍了服务业的内涵和服务业内部结构的划分情况,并介绍了服务业内部结构变动的理论基础,最后对前人的研究做了系统的总结并在此基础上阐述了自己的研究方向。然后,在FDI投资我国服务业的结构分析中,首先介绍了全国及不同地区服务业内部结构的现状,主要从服务业内部各行业增加值和就业的分布情况来阐述；其次是分析了FDI在我国服务业所包含的各个行业的投资分布,主要分析了FDI在服务业所包含的各个行业的项目数和实际利用外资额的分布情况。通过分析发现,服务业各个行业就业和增加值的变动与FDI在服务业各个行业的项目数和实际利用外资额的变动相符。接着是FDI促进我国服务业内部结构优化的效应和影响因素分析。这一部分先介绍了服务业内部结构优化的内涵并阐述了其重要性,然后分析了FDI对服务业内部结构优化发挥作用的资本补缺、技术外溢、竞争和示范及产业关联效应,最后阐述了影响FDI优化我国服务业内部结构的因素。最后,本文对FDI促进我国服务业内部结构优化进行了实证分析。首先介绍了实证模型的设定及变量的选择问题,并说明了数据如何选择的；其次是实证回归结果的分析,并得出以下结构：无论是全国还是东、中、西部地区,FDI流入我国服务业都会降低传统服务业的就业比重和增加值比重,提高现代服务业的就业和增加值比重,进而优化了服务业的内部结构；东、中、西部地区FDI进入服务业对传统服务业的比重影响最为明显的是中部地区,其次是东部地区,最后是西部地区。根据上述分析结果,提出了相关的建议。近年来,许多国内外学者就我国和具体省份服务业内部结构、外商直接投资对我国产业结构的影响、外商直接投资对服务业增长效应、外商直接投资对具体省份服务业内部结构的优化进行了深入的研究,但是就外商直接投资对我国服务业内部结构优化的研究较少。因此,本文对FDI优化我国服务业内部结构进行了研究,并对我国东部、中部、西部利用FDI优化服务业内部结构进行了研究,这是本文的创新之处。不足之处：由于时间的限制,本文的研究还不够深入,比如对服务业结构的分类在学术界还没有统一的界定,本文只能根据我国惯用的分类方式进行处理。在数据收集方面,全国不同省份FDI在服务业各个行业的分布数据仅收集到几个省份的。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization, China's economic development strategy has changed and more attention has been paid to the development of service industry, which has led to the rapid development of various industries in China's service industry. The industry has developed rapidly, but the internal structure of China's service industry is not very reasonable. Traditional service industry still accounts for a high proportion of employment and value added, especially between different regions. But the situation in the eastern region is better than that in the middle and Western regions. The technology spillover effect can promote the optimization of the internal structure of the service industry. Therefore, China and different regions can optimize the internal structure of the service industry through FDI.
Firstly, the introduction explains why FDI optimizes the internal structure of service industry, then analyzes the purpose and significance of the study, then introduces the main contents and methods of the study in detail, and finally explains the innovation and shortcomings of the paper. Secondly, the related theories and literature review introduces the connotation of service industry. Then, in the structural analysis of FDI investment in China's service industry, this paper first introduces the internal structure of service industry in China and in different regions. The present situation is mainly expounded from the distribution of added value and employment in various industries within the service industry; secondly, the distribution of FDI investment in various industries in China's service industry is analyzed, and the number of FDI projects and the distribution of actual foreign capital utilization in various industries in the service industry are mainly analyzed. The changes of employment and value-added in various industries are consistent with the changes of the number of FDI projects and the amount of foreign capital actually utilized in various sectors of the service industry. This paper analyzes the capital shortage, technology spillover, competition and demonstration, and industrial correlation effects of FDI on the optimization of the internal structure of the service industry. Finally, it expounds the factors influencing the optimization of the internal structure of China's service industry by FDI.
Finally, this paper makes an empirical analysis of FDI's contribution to the optimization of the internal structure of China's service industry. Firstly, it introduces the setting of empirical model and the choice of variables, and explains how to choose the data; secondly, it analyzes the results of empirical regression and draws the following conclusions: whether in the whole country or in the eastern, Central and Western regions, FDI flows into China's service industry. Business will reduce the proportion of employment and value-added of traditional service industry, increase the proportion of employment and value-added of modern service industry, and then optimize the internal structure of service industry. According to the above analysis results, relevant suggestions are put forward.
In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth studies on the internal structure of service industry in China and specific provinces, the impact of foreign direct investment on China's industrial structure, the growth effect of foreign direct investment on service industry, and the optimization of internal structure of service industry in specific provinces by foreign direct investment. Therefore, this paper studies how to optimize the internal structure of China's service industry by FDI, and how to optimize the internal structure of China's service industry by FDI in the eastern, central and Western regions. The classification of business structure has not been unified in academic circles, so this paper can only deal with it according to the usual classification method in our country.
