产业区面临的新形势:生产性服务业发展

【摘要】：当前,产业区发展面临着新的形势,即产业区在由"传统产业"向"知识经济"过渡、"网络本地化"向"全球价值链"过渡、"渐进式创新"向"突破式创新"过渡的进程中,在"粘性生产方式"下,未来产业区的主要特征就是生产性服务业的集聚和发展。为此,对我国各类开发区而言,今后应将主要着眼点放在如何加快集聚各种生产性服务业生产要素上,通过生产性服务业的发展实现区域竞争力的提升。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of industrial district is facing a new situation, that is, in the process of transition from "traditional industry" to "knowledge economy", "network localization" to "global value chain", and "gradual innovation" to "breakthrough innovation", the industrial district is in the process of transition from "traditional industry" to "knowledge economy", "network localization" to "global value chain". The agglomeration and development of producer services is the main feature of future industrial zones under "viscous production mode". Therefore, for all kinds of development zones in China, the main focus should be on how to speed up the concentration of various productive services production factors, and realize the promotion of regional competitiveness through the development of producer services.
