乌鲁木齐市星级饭店员工培训问题研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪之后,全球经济一体化进程不断加剧,以及知识经济时代的到来加剧了人才市场竞争激烈程度,都促使国内饭店更加重视人力资源管理和发展问题。近年来,随着乌鲁木齐市旅游业的快速发展,星级饭店若要在竞争激烈的市场中获得一席之地,就必须重视员工培训。在某种意义上,员工培训质量的高低将决定企业未来的发展潜力。因此,为保持星级饭店的竞争优势,饭店不仅要在硬环境方面引进先进技术装备,更要在软环境方面重视员工培训工作。本研究基于国内外有关员工培训问题的现有研究成果,梳理相关概念、有关员工培训的理论及研究方法,发现现有文献更多是从员工满意度的角度进行调查研究,而较少按照员工培训的一般程序设计调查问卷并进行统计分析,笔者据此进行了问卷调查和统计分析研究。其次,从饭店员工队伍、培训需求、培训制度、培训计划、培训效果评估、培训认知六个方面分别对乌鲁木齐市星级饭店员工培训现状进行描述性统计分析研究。接着,分别从饭店、管理者及员工三个方面指出乌鲁木齐市星级饭店在员工培训中存在的问题及其成因。进而,根据这三方面问题提出如下建议:第一,改善员工观念,促成积极培训者;第二,提升管理者的培训认知,改善培训评估效果;第三,加强员工培训需求分析,合理制定培训调查机制;第四,科学制定并有效执行培训制度、培训计划,进一步完善培训体系。最后,对本论文的主要结论和观点进行了总结,并指出本研究中的不足及展望。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century the process of global economic integration and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy have intensified the fierce competition in the talent market which urges domestic hotels to pay more attention to human resource management and development. In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism in Urumqi, star-rated hotels must attach importance to staff training if they want to gain a place in the competitive market. In a sense, the quality of staff training will determine the future development potential of enterprises. Therefore, in order to maintain the competitive advantage of star hotels, hotels should not only introduce advanced technology and equipment in hard environment, but also attach importance to staff training in soft environment. This research is based on the existing research results of employee training at home and abroad, combing the relevant concepts, the theory and research methods of employee training, and finding that the existing literature is more from the perspective of employee satisfaction. However, the questionnaire is seldom designed according to the general procedure of staff training, and the author carries on the questionnaire survey and the statistical analysis based on it. Secondly, from the hotel staff team, training needs, training system, training plan, training effect evaluation, training cognition six aspects of Urumqi star hotel staff training status of descriptive statistical analysis. Then, from three aspects of hotel, management and staff, this paper points out the problems and causes of staff training in Urumqi star hotel. Then, according to these three problems, the following suggestions are put forward: first, to improve the concept of employees, to promote positive trainers; second, to enhance the training awareness of managers, improve the training evaluation effect; third, to strengthen the analysis of staff training needs. Make reasonable training investigation mechanism; fourth, scientifically formulate and effectively implement training system, training plan, and further improve the training system. Finally, the main conclusions and viewpoints of this paper are summarized, and the shortcomings and prospects of this study are pointed out.
