昆明佳得安公司室内环境卫生产品的市场开发战略研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人们关注环境卫生,不仅仅是对清洁程度的要求,更对有害生物防制、室内有害气体治理等业务有着一定需求。环境卫生优化业务,不是人们传统思想中家政服务的概念,它更多的是一种专业化服务,根据客户需求专业定制的环境卫生的解决方案。昆明佳得安公司室内环境卫生产品的市场开发大致包括了四项业务:有害生物防制、室内有害气体治理、办公设施清洁消毒、洗手间环境卫生优化。本文运用了企业战略管理、及市场分析理论,结合昆明佳得安的实际,,将虫害防制、室内空气治理、办公设施清洁、洗手间卫生优化业务分类,通过PEST分析方法和SWOT分析法对佳得安进行了全面的分析,制定出了一体化及集中化的市场开发战略。并对同时对战略实施过程中所出现的问题进行了充分的思考。为昆明佳得安在市场竞争中,满足目标市场用户的需求,提高目标市场占有率,提升企业的核心竞争力,提供了具有理论指导意义和实践可操作性的方法和思路。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, more and more people pay attention to environmental hygiene, not only the requirement of cleanliness, but also the demand of pest control and indoor harmful gas treatment. Environmental health optimization business is not the concept of domestic service in people's traditional thought, it is more a kind of specialized service and customized environmental sanitation solution according to customer demand. The market development of indoor environmental hygiene products of Kunming Jiadian Company includes four items: pest control, indoor hazardous gas control, office facilities cleaning and disinfection, bathroom environmental hygiene optimization. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management and market analysis, this paper classifies pest control, indoor air control, office cleaning and toilet hygiene optimization with the practice of Jiadan in Kunming. Through the analysis of PEST and SWOT, the integrated and centralized market development strategy was worked out. At the same time, the problems in the implementation of the strategy are fully considered. For Kunming Jiadan in the market competition, to meet the needs of the target market users, improve the target market share, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, provide theoretical guidance and practical operational methods and ideas.
