YZ酒店发展战略研究

【摘要】:如今,高校酒店在社会发展中占据着重要的地位,随着经济不断的发展在高校不断发展及改变来适应社会的同时,需要更多的设施设备来提高学生的数量及教学质量。这与学术交流活动密不可分,学术活动的增加,使得高校酒店的软硬件都需要更多的提高,YZ酒店由于自身的独特的使用性—为高校各项学术交流活动提供优质设施及服务,同时也面向社会使用的公共性,逐渐成为高校中不可分割的一部分。 本文以YZ酒店发展战略为研究内容,,首先对YZ酒店的经营环境进行分析,包括酒店发展的概况的介绍、内部及外部环境分析,通过分析了解YZ酒店的行业环境、自身的优势、劣势、面临的机会与挑战,为战略方案的制定提供客观、有力的依据。然后,在文章的主体部分,在酒店分析的基础上制定了科学、有效的发展战略方案,即具体、个性的市场的定位、多元化的营销战略、差异化的运营战略。最后,本文为YZ酒店发展战略方案的实施提供了多种有效的模式。通过对YZ酒店的分析与研究,重点制定YZ酒店的战略方案,即市场定位、营销战略、运营战略,制定出可行的发展战略与措施。对YZ酒店的管理还是很有必要的。同时,还对YZ酒店进一步研究提出了方向。YZ酒店还需结合自身的发展战略随时进行调整,为良好可持续性发展奠定良好的基础。通过本文的研究,在一定程度上有利于改善和提升YZ酒店的经营管理工作,有助于增强酒店的核心竞争力。为YZ酒店减轻行业竞争压力,寻求可持续发展思路及方向具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, university hotel occupies an important position in the social development. With the development of economy, colleges and universities are constantly developing and changing to adapt to the society. At the same time, more facilities and equipment are needed to improve the number of students and the quality of teaching. This is closely related to academic exchange activities. The increase of academic activities makes the software and hardware of university hotels need more improvement. Because of its unique usability, YZ Hotel provides excellent facilities and services for academic exchange activities in colleges and universities. At the same time, the publicity of social use has gradually become an integral part of colleges and universities. This article takes the YZ hotel development strategy as the research content, first carries on the analysis to the YZ hotel management environment, including the hotel development general situation introduction, the internal and external environment analysis, through the analysis understanding YZ hotel industry environment, own superiority, Disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, provide an objective and effective basis for the formulation of strategic plans. Then, in the main part of the article, on the basis of hotel analysis, the author formulates a scientific and effective development strategy, that is, specific, individualized market positioning, diversified marketing strategy, and differentiated operation strategy. Finally, this paper provides a variety of effective models for the implementation of YZ hotel development strategy. Based on the analysis and research of YZ hotel, the author makes the strategic plan of YZ hotel, that is, market orientation, marketing strategy and operation strategy, and draws up the feasible development strategy and measure. It is necessary to manage the YZ hotel. At the same time, the further research direction of YZ hotel is put forward. The YZ hotel should be adjusted at any time in combination with its own development strategy, so as to lay a good foundation for the good sustainable development. Through the research of this paper, to some extent, it is beneficial to improve and enhance the management of YZ hotel, and help to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel. It is of guiding significance for YZ hotel to lighten the competition pressure of the industry and seek the sustainable development idea and direction.
