山东省生产性服务业发展实证分析

【摘要】：随着工业、农业的发展,生产性服务业的功能日益凸显,其规模、结构也日益完善。但依然存在诸多问题,如规模较小、人力资源水平较低、与农业链接不够紧密、国际服务供给不足等。本文以山东省生产性服务业的政策环境、就业与对经济的影响、与其他行业发展比较、自身发展速度为基点,分为12项指标,利用熵权法、模糊分析法,综合分析该行业的发展水平及影响发展因素,并针对存在的问题提出如何有效解决规模、结构、国际市场、链接农业等问题,以期能为山东省生产性服务业健康、持续、科学地发展提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry and agriculture, the function of producer service is becoming more and more prominent, and its scale and structure are becoming more and more perfect. However, there are still many problems, such as small scale, low level of human resources, insufficient links with agriculture, insufficient supply of international services and so on. Based on the policy environment, employment and economic impact of producer services in Shandong Province, and comparing with the development of other industries, this paper is divided into 12 indicators, using entropy weight method and fuzzy analysis method. This paper comprehensively analyzes the development level of this industry and its influencing factors, and puts forward how to effectively solve the problems of scale, structure, international market and linked agriculture in order to keep the producer service industry in Shandong Province healthy and sustainable. Scientific development provides a theoretical basis.
