临沂市兰山区安邦保安公司绩效考核体系研究

【摘要】:随着现代社会的不断进步与发展,绩效管理已经受到了越来越多的不同层次人群的重视。绩效管理被很多的企业应用于日常的工作之中,成为提高其劳动生产率与企业利益的一个重要手段和途径。绩效也是激励员工努力工作,追求一个公司或者组织最大化利益的重要工具。但是,在越来越多的员工以及相关研究人员和学者重视的大背景下,我国国内大部分公司的绩效考核体系还不是很成熟。另一方面,我国当前的保安系统的行政管理面临着很大的挑战,在和谐社会理念的影响下,保安体系的管理观念日益向“预防、管理、服务”方面转变,保安公司所肩负的责任也越来越重大,因此,拥有一套完备且有效的绩效考核机制势在必行。 本文运用绩效考核的概念、内容、种类、作用、流程、方法为理论依据,综合分析了临沂市兰山区安邦保安公司的绩效考核体系的现状及存在的问题,同时应用文献收集、调查问卷等方法,借鉴统计学原理和计算机分析软件等,分析并对临沂市兰山区安邦保安公司的绩效考核体系的构成及指标选取进行改进,包括对考核体系中的评估者、被评估者和选择的考核评估方法等进行改进,以及对安邦保安公司绩效考核体系的运用及评分方法的方案提出建议。此篇研究希望将保安公司绩效考核体系更合理运用并不断进行改进和发展,极力调动和发挥每一个保安的工作潜力,提高其自身素质和能力,激励其为安保工作提供更加优质、良好的服务。 该绩效考核体系研究的结论,将为临沂市兰山区安邦保安公司建立一个科学、合理、严谨、有效的绩效考核机制提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of modern society, performance management has been paid more and more attention by people at different levels. Performance management is used by many enterprises in their daily work and becomes an important means and way to improve their labor productivity and enterprise interests. Performance is also an important tool to motivate employees to work hard to maximize the benefits of a company or organization. However, under the background of more and more staff and related researchers and scholars, the performance appraisal system of most companies in China is not very mature. On the other hand, the administration of the current security system in our country is facing great challenges. Under the influence of the concept of a harmonious society, the management concept of the security system is increasingly changing to the aspects of "prevention, management and service". The responsibility of security companies is becoming more and more important, so it is imperative to have a complete and effective performance appraisal mechanism. Based on the concept, content, category, function, process and method of performance appraisal, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal system of Anbang Security Company in Lanshan District, Linyi City, and applies the literature collection at the same time. Based on the statistical principles and computer analysis software, this paper analyzes and improves the composition and index selection of the performance appraisal system of Anbang Security Company in Lanshan District, Linyi City, including the evaluators in the appraisal system. To improve the performance appraisal system of Anbang Security Company and the evaluation method of the selected evaluation methods, and to make suggestions on the application of the performance appraisal system and the evaluation method of Anbang Security Company. The purpose of this study is to improve and develop the performance appraisal system of security companies, to mobilize and develop the working potential of every security guard, to improve their own quality and ability, and to motivate them to provide better quality for the security work. The conclusion of the research on the performance appraisal system will provide a certain reference for the establishment of a scientific, reasonable, rigorous and effective performance appraisal mechanism for Anbang Security Company in Lanshan District of Linyi City.
