天地伟业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:本文的研究主体天地伟业公司从事的业务流程外包行业是一种能够帮助企业将内部资源与外部资源有效整合,从而达到充分发挥企业核心竞争力、增强对市场环境的应变能力的产业模式。由于这种产业模式的优越性日趋明显,已经被越来越多的企业关注和采用,所以从事业务流程外包业务的企业如雨后春笋般陡然增多。天地伟业公司虽然在大连本地属于第一梯队的业务流程外包业务运营公司,但同样面临着来自外资老牌和本地新秀同行企业的竞争。 正是如此,天地伟业公司企业在发展规模的拓展问题,新项目如何引进,已有项目如何深度开发,合作伙伴关系如何建立和维持等方面都进入了一个瓶颈阶段,使整个企业陷入了一个僵局,无法有更进一步的发展。 因此本文全面运用企业战略、营销管理、人力资源管理、企业文化以及项目管理等方面的理论,采用系统的方法、定性和定量相结合的分析方法,在参阅大量国内外文献的基础上,对天地伟业公司在业务流程外包行业中的成长路径、发展现状进行了整理,通过对天地伟业公司的内外部环境的详尽的分析,深入地探究了天地伟业公司在业务流程外包行业中发展战略,包括项目管理战略、企业发展规模战略、企业战略合作发展战略等。 同时,本论文的研究内容对于从事业务流程外包业务的企业具有普遍的指导作用,对于非业务流程外包企业加速自己的外包进程以提高自身的竞争力也具有广泛的应用价值。
[Abstract]:The main body of this paper is the business process outsourcing industry, which can help enterprises to integrate internal and external resources effectively, so as to give full play to the core competitiveness of enterprises. An industrial model that enhances the ability to adapt to the market environment. Because the superiority of this industrial model is becoming more and more obvious, it has been paid more and more attention to and adopted by more and more enterprises, so the number of enterprises engaged in the business process outsourcing business has risen sharply. Although Tiandi Weiye Company in Dalian belongs to the first echelon of the business process outsourcing business operation company, but also faces from the foreign capital veteran and the local rookie peer enterprises competition. Just like this, Tiandi Weiye's enterprises have entered a bottleneck stage in terms of the expansion of development scale, how to introduce new projects, how to develop existing projects in depth, how to establish and maintain partnerships, etc. Put the whole enterprise into a deadlock, no further development. Therefore, this paper makes full use of the theories of enterprise strategy, marketing management, human resource management, corporate culture and project management, and adopts systematic method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the growth path and development status of Tiandi Weiye Company in the business process outsourcing industry, through the detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Tiandi Weiye Company. This paper probes into the development strategy of Tiandi Weiye Company in the business process outsourcing industry, including the project management strategy, the enterprise development scale strategy, the enterprise strategic cooperation development strategy and so on. At the same time, the research content of this paper has a general guiding role for enterprises engaged in business process outsourcing, and has extensive application value for non-business process outsourcing enterprises to accelerate their own outsourcing process to improve their own competitiveness.
