长春市家庭服务业发展研究

【摘要】：家庭服务业是指以家庭为服务对象,以满足家庭生活需求为目的,以向家庭提供各类劳务为内容的重要服务行业,包括社区服务、家庭服务、护理陪护和养老服务等,重点关注的是家庭生活的质量,所解决的是家务劳动社会化的问题。本文主要从产业结构理论和组织社会学的权变理论作为研究的出发点,研究家庭服务业发展过程中遇到的问题,通过对问题的分析提出如何优化家庭服务业发展环境、完善企业结构、提高企业成员的素质、引进管理人才等方面的建议。为家庭服务业向规模化、规范化建设的发展提供科学的理论依据,使家庭服务业的管理者能及时避免问题的发生,对家庭服务业发展起到导向作用。首先,本文对与家庭服务业相关的文献进行分析,了解到家庭服务业的发展现状；其次,论文对长春市家庭服务业的成员进行调查研究,发现长春市家庭服务业存在的问题,从环境、组织规模、培训和服务范围等方面进行调查；再次,总结长春市家庭服务业在发展中存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因；最后,对长春市家庭服务行业规范化发展提出建议：第一,加强宏观调控为家庭服务业发展营造适宜环境,政府职能部门应加强沟通协调、分工管理,完善家庭服务业相关的法律和社会保障体系,保障从业人员的权益,要加大财税政策扶持力度,吸引多方创业；第二,强化家庭服务业自身建设。要构建完善的企业发展体系,发挥管理者的能力,加强培训师资的投入,开发高端市场；最后还要发挥行业协会在家庭服务企业发展中的监管和协调作用。
[Abstract]:Family service industry refers to the important service industries which take the family as the object of service, to meet the needs of family life, and to provide various kinds of labor services to the family, including community service, family service, nursing escort and old-age service, etc. Focus on the quality of family life, to solve the problem of socialization of domestic work. Based on the theory of industrial structure and the contingency theory of organizational sociology, this paper studies the problems encountered in the development of the family service industry, and puts forward how to optimize the development environment of the family service industry through the analysis of the problems. Improve the structure of enterprises, improve the quality of enterprise members, the introduction of management personnel and other aspects of advice. It provides a scientific theoretical basis for the development of the family service industry to scale and standardization construction, so that the managers of the family service industry can avoid the problems in time and play a guiding role in the development of the family service industry. Firstly, this paper analyzes the literature related to the family service industry, and finds out the current situation of the family service industry. Secondly, the paper investigates the members of the family service industry in Changchun, and finds out the problems existing in the family service industry in Changchun, from the aspects of environment, organization scale, training and service scope. Thirdly, it summarizes the problems existing in the development of the family service industry in Changchun, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, suggestions are put forward for the standardization development of family service industry in Changchun: first, strengthening macro-control to create a suitable environment for the development of family service industry, government departments should strengthen communication and coordination, division of labor management, Improve the family service industry related laws and social security system, protect the rights and interests of employees, we should increase fiscal and tax policy support, attract more entrepreneurs; Second, strengthen the family service industry self-construction. We should build a perfect enterprise development system, give play to the ability of managers, strengthen the investment of training teachers, and develop the high-end market. Finally, we should give play to the supervision and coordination role of trade associations in the development of family service enterprises.
