中国服务业工资差异的决定因素:垄断还是创新

【摘要】：随着中国逐渐形成以服务业为主体的经济格局,服务业的工资差异已经成为居民收入差距的重要成因。研究发现,行业的所有制垄断是服务业企业工资差异的主要原因。技术创新对服务业工资水平影响不显著,但它和垄断结合起来能产生较大的工资溢价。分所有制看,影响国有企业工资水平的主要因素是创新,而非国有企业的工资遵循效率导向机制。分技术创新程度看,技术创新程度高的企业,工资决定偏效率导向,所有制垄断的影响不明显,技术创新程度低的企业,受垄断影响较大。如上结论表明:改革服务业国有企业的薪酬分配机制,有助于减缓收入差距;从收入角度引导建立绩效工资体系,有利于激励企业创新。
[Abstract]:With the gradual formation of the service industry as the main economic pattern in China, the wage gap of the service industry has become an important cause of the income gap. It is found that the monopoly of industry ownership is the main reason of wage difference in service enterprises. Technological innovation has no significant effect on the wage level of service industry, but it can produce a large wage premium when combined with monopoly. From the point of view of ownership, the main factor influencing the wage level of state-owned enterprises is innovation, but the wages of non-state-owned enterprises follow the efficiency guiding mechanism. According to the degree of technological innovation, the enterprises with high degree of technological innovation are influenced by monopoly, while the enterprises with high degree of technological innovation tend to be oriented to the efficiency of wages, the monopoly of ownership is not obvious, and the enterprises with low degree of technological innovation are greatly affected by monopoly. The above conclusion shows that the reform of the salary distribution mechanism of the state-owned enterprises in the service industry will help to reduce the income gap, and to guide the establishment of the performance wage system from the income point of view is conducive to encouraging enterprises to innovate.
