煤炭企业精细化管理模式研究

【摘要】:煤炭是中国经济生产使用的主要能源,煤炭产业的发展与整个国民经济的发展息息相关。国内煤炭企业作为能源供应部门一直以来都是政府关注的对象,其管理方式上不可避免的趋向于行政化管理,这种由于行政化手段下所表现出来的粗放式管理方法直接影响着煤炭企业的经济效益和企业专业人才队伍的成长,更严重的后果是使得煤炭企业的事故率居高不下。与此同时,企业精细化管理方法可以有效提高煤炭企业经济和安全性等各方面。因此,将企业精细化管理植入煤炭型企业,全面推行精细化管理,提高煤炭企业的管理水平,对企业和整个能源经济来说,都有十分重要的现实意义和长远意义。 本文运用企业发展周期理论、精细化管理理论、人本管理理论和产业内外部环境分析法,研究了现阶段我国煤炭企业存在的突出问题,提出解决问题的根本途径是推行精细化管理;在对精细化管理的相关理论进行回顾和厘清的基础上,自主研究开发了动静态结合的精细化管理基本模式;从岗位、现场、流程、设备等方面对实施精细化管理的路径进行了实务研究;并按照一分为二的观点,对煤炭企业推行精细化管理的障碍和风险进行了预防性研究并提出了相应对策。 本论文共分以下六个部分:第一章,绪论部分首先介绍了煤炭企业精细化管理研究的背景、意义和方法。第二章,介绍了企业精细化管理理论的演变过程和精细化管理的理论要点。第三章,讨论了动静态结合的精细化管理基础模式以及日常运行机制和精细化管理的信息化平台。第四章,讨论了精细化管理在煤炭企业岗位、现场、流程、设备等管理领域的实施路径。第五章,对推行精细化管理的陷阱以及相应对策进行了预防性研究。第六章,结论部分,总结了本研究的特点与不足之处。
[Abstract]:Coal is the main energy in China's economic production and use, and the development of coal industry is closely related to the development of the whole national economy. As an energy supply department, domestic coal enterprises have always been the object of attention of the government. Its management mode inevitably tends to administrative management, this kind of extensive management method under the administrative means directly affects the economic benefits of coal enterprises and the growth of professional personnel. The more serious consequence is that the accident rate of coal enterprises remains high. At the same time, the fine management methods can effectively improve the economy and safety of coal enterprises. It is of great practical and long-term significance for the enterprise and the whole energy economy to implant the fine management into the coal type enterprise, to carry out the fine management in an all-round way and to improve the management level of the coal enterprise. Using the theory of enterprise development cycle, fine management theory, human-oriented management theory and industry internal and external environment analysis, this paper studies the outstanding problems of coal enterprises in China at this stage. The basic way to solve the problem is to carry out fine management. On the basis of reviewing and clarifying the relevant theories of fine management, the basic mode of fine management combining dynamic and static is researched and developed independently. From the position, site, process, equipment and other aspects of the implementation of fine management path for practical research; According to the viewpoint of dividing one into two, this paper makes a preventive study on the obstacles and risks of implementing fine management in coal enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper is divided into the following six parts: chapter one, introduction first introduces the background, significance and methods of fine management research in coal enterprises. Chapter two. This paper introduces the evolution process of the fine management theory and the main points of the fine management theory. Chapter 3. This paper discusses the basic mode of fine management combined with dynamic and static state, the daily operation mechanism and the information platform of fine management. Chapter 4th discusses the fine management in the position, field and process of coal enterprises. The implementation path in the field of equipment and other management. 5th chapter, the implementation of meticulous management of the trap and the corresponding countermeasures for preventive research. 6th, the conclusion part, summed up the characteristics and shortcomings of this study.
