【摘要】:随着全球气候变化对人们生活的影响越发加剧,传统发电行业面临着越来越大的环保压力。核电作为清洁、高效和安全的能源形式,在我国能源结构中具有不可替代的地位。对于核电企业来说,任何时候都必须坚持“安全第一,质量第一”的方针。采购活动是核电站活动的重要组成部分,采购质量影响到采购物项的质量,采购物项的质量影响到核电站运行的质量,没有合格的采购质量就没有安全保证。因此,供应商质量管理是整个质量管理体系中的一个重要环节。目前,国内外对供应商管理和质量管理的研究不少。但是对电力行业的供应商质量管理研究相对较少。电力行业多以项目为主,产品周期长,而且差异性较大,传统的基于批量生产行业的供应商质量管理方法在电力行业中很难得到实际运用。本文以S公司为研究对象,梳理S公司的供应商质量管理体系,分析其现状,根据国际核电质量管理体系标准和供应商质量管理的理论,从供应商质量管理模式、供应商选择阶段资格评价、项目执行过程中的流程设置、以及对供应商的质量绩效评估这几个方面剖析S公司供应商质量管理中存在的问题。论文拟运用质量管理理论、供应商质量管理理论及质量保证体系标准要求等,理论结合实际,针对S公司供应商质量管理体系和流程中存在的问题进行研究,探讨对策,为S公司构建一套适合S公司且符合其转型为国际工程公司所需的供应商质量管理体系和流程。论文首先将介绍论文研究背景和意义,提出供应商质量管理的重要性。接着阐述供应商质量管理理论,介绍核电使用的质量保证标准要求。阐述质量管理中所使用的5M1E管理法和PDCA管理循环法,为后续具体的研究提供理论基础。然后介绍S公司供应商质量管理体系,按照供应商管理的流程:“供应商选择过程的质量管理——项目执行阶段的供应商质量管理——供应商质量绩效管理”的流程顺序进行研究,并找出存在的不足。运用5M1E管理法对设备制造的先决条件进行检查和控制,并对供应商的质量计划进行管理;运用PDCA管理循环法,对整个供应商质量管理体系进行动态化管理,不断改进和优化。
[Abstract]:With the increasing impact of global climate change on people's lives, the traditional power generation industry is facing increasing environmental pressure. Nuclear power as a clean, efficient and safe form of energy. There is an irreplaceable position in the energy structure of our country. For nuclear power enterprises, the policy of "safety first and quality first" must be adhered to at all times. Procurement is an important part of nuclear power plant activities. The quality of procurement affects the quality of procurement items, the quality of procurement items affects the quality of the operation of nuclear power plants, without qualified procurement quality, there is no safety assurance... Supplier quality management is an important link in the whole quality management system. There are many researches on supplier management and quality management at home and abroad, but there are relatively few researches on supplier quality management in power industry. The traditional supplier quality management method based on batch production industry is difficult to be applied in power industry. This paper takes S Company as the research object, combs the supplier quality management system of S Company and analyzes its current situation. According to the international nuclear power quality management system standards and supplier quality management theory, from supplier quality management model, supplier selection stage qualification evaluation, project implementation process setting. As well as the supplier quality performance evaluation of these aspects to analyze the S company supplier quality management problems. The paper intends to use quality management theory. Supplier quality management theory and quality assurance system standard requirements, theory combined with practice, aimed at S company supplier quality management system and process of the existing problems, to explore the countermeasures. Build a set of supplier quality management system and process suitable for S company and adapt to its transformation into international engineering company. Firstly, this paper will introduce the research background and significance of the paper. The importance of supplier quality management is put forward, and then the theory of supplier quality management is expounded. The requirements of quality assurance standards for nuclear power use are introduced. The 5M1E management method and PDCA management cycle method used in quality management are described. To provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up specific research. Then introduce the S company supplier quality management system. According to the supplier management process: "supplier selection process of quality management-supplier quality management in the project execution phase-supplier quality performance management" process sequence. And find out the shortcomings. 5M1E management method to equipment manufacturing prerequisites to check and control, and supplier quality plan management; By using PDCA management cycle method, the whole supplier quality management system is dynamically managed, improved and optimized continuously.
