【摘要】:企业的高速发展是影响全球经济形势的重要因素之一,而一个企业要实现可持续发展,想要提高企业在市场经济中的核心竞争力,其管理高层就必须重视人力资源管理。企业离不开投资,而员工培训恰恰就是人力资源中一项举足轻重的投资,又是企业不断成长的肥料。企业管理层应当重视这项投资,合理的对这项投资进行操作,以达到企业的利益最大化。但是,现在国内的很多企业在员工培训方面不管是理论还是实践中都存在这一些因主观或者客观因素带来的问题,比如企业管理层不重视内部员工培训、员工培训前未做需求调查、员工培训课堂理论化等,从而使企业在员工培训后达不到预期的效果,在根本上丧失了培训的真正意义。为此,我们应该在根本上解决这些问题,并引导管理层重视企业员工培训,从而提升企业的竞争力。 本文共分为五个部分:第一部分为绪论。主要介绍了研究的背景、员工培训的概述、研究的内容、技术路线、创新点及国内外相关文献综述。第二部分为浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司员工培训状况。主要介绍了该企业的概况,并通过现场实地了解浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司在对新老员工的培训的课程、方法、效果方面做了一个全面而又详细的调查,综合的展示了五洲公司在员工培训方面的现状。第三部分为浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司员工培训存在的问题及原因分析。主要通过深入浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司内部的员工培训课堂,根据五洲公司培训的现状,应用问卷调查法,深入了解五洲公司在新老员工培训中存在的问题,并对其问题产生的原因进行细部分析。第四部分为浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司员工培训对策及建议。根据五洲公司员工培训问题的原因,,详细阅读国内外相关文献知识,结合人力资源方面相关理论知识,提出比较有针对性的建议。第五部分为研究的不足与展望。本文的目的在于通过对浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司员工培训方面的研究,为五洲公司在员工培训方面提供参考,并有效的为国内企业员工培训提供相关的理论依据。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of enterprises is one of the important factors affecting the global economic situation, and an enterprise to achieve sustainable development, want to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market economy. Its senior management must attach importance to human resources management. Enterprises can not do without investment, and employee training is precisely a decisive investment in human resources. Enterprise management should attach importance to this investment and reasonably operate the investment in order to maximize the benefits of the enterprise. At present, many domestic enterprises in terms of staff training, whether in theory or in practice, there are some subjective or objective factors, such as corporate management does not attach importance to internal staff training. Before the staff training did not do the needs survey, staff training classroom theorization, so that the enterprise in the staff training after the expected results, fundamentally lost the real significance of training. We should solve these problems fundamentally and guide the management to pay attention to employee training so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background of the research, the summary of staff training, the content of the research, the technical route. Innovation and literature review at home and abroad. The second part is the status of staff training in Zhejiang Wuzhou Project Management Co., Ltd. mainly introduces the general situation of the enterprise. And through the on-site understanding of Zhejiang Wuzhou Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. in the training of new and old staff courses, methods, effects of a comprehensive and detailed investigation. The third part is the problem and reason analysis of staff training in Zhejiang Wuzhou project management co., Ltd. Staff training classes within the LLC. According to the current situation of the training of Wuzhou Company, this paper applies the questionnaire method to deeply understand the problems existing in the training of new and old employees in Wuzhou Company. And the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail. Part 4th is the countermeasures and suggestions for the staff training of Zhejiang Wuzhou Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. According to the reasons of the staff training problems of Wuzhou Company. Detailed reading of domestic and foreign literature knowledge, combined with human resources related theoretical knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to study the employee training of Zhejiang Wuzhou Project Management Co., Ltd. To provide reference for the staff training of Wuzhou Company, and to provide relevant theoretical basis for the staff training of domestic enterprises.
