【摘要】：经历了去工业化后，美国制造业在国民经济中的地位不断下降。特别是国际金融危机后，许多专家把去工业化当成金融危机的一个原因，认为过分依靠虚拟经济不能实现经济健康持续的发展，强大的国家竞争优势需要把制造业作为经济发展的基础，要重新回归实体经济。随着实体经济、信息技术与制造业融合的深化，美国所要实施的再工业化不单单是强化实体经济的发展，更看重的是要打造制造业高端、附加值高的制造业新领域。通过互联网为依托的智能化、规模化的生产方式，强化技术优势，特别是精密、高度整合、大型复杂的制造产品，无论在研发、设计方面重点制造别国无法制造的，在工艺、品牌、营销环节上抢占市场制高点。纵观世界经济发展的历史我们可以看出，制造业的发展是经济发展的重要推动力量。中国改革开放三十多年来，经济取得了长足发展，制造业做出了巨大的贡献。面对发展获得的成绩我们更应该重视发展中不断暴露的问题：经济增长方式、生产效率的问题、科技创新能力的不足、环境污染等。因此，我们必须关注美国再工业化。在美国再制造业化背景下，作为依赖外需较高的中国必须要不断地挖掘美国再工业化的实质，通过不断分析其产生的效果和带来的影响来更好的导向中国经济的发展。文章首先介绍本文的选题及研究意义，通过国内外学者理论的梳理，深化理论基础。文章第二部分总结了再制造业化的含义和实质，分析了美国此次实施再制造业化时代背景和现实要求以及面临的难题，描述了美国再制造业化的战略途径和取得效果。文章的第三部分阐述中国制造业取得的成绩，同时理性的分析中国制造业发展的自身优势及发展障碍。文章第四部分则从贸易、跨国并购、产业结构调整、竞争趋势四个方面介绍了美国再制造业化对我国制造业产生的影响。文章第五部分描述了美国再制造业化对我国制造业的启示。
[Abstract]:After deindustrialization, the status of American manufacturing industry in the national economy has been declining. Especially after the international financial crisis, many experts regard deindustrialization as one of the causes of the financial crisis. It is believed that relying too much on virtual economy can not realize healthy and sustainable development of economy, and that strong national competitive advantage needs to take manufacturing industry as the basis of economic development and to return to real economy. With the development of real economy. With the deepening of the integration of information technology and manufacturing, the reindustrialization of the United States is not only to strengthen the development of the real economy, but also to build the high-end manufacturing industry. New areas of manufacturing with high added value. Intelligent, large-scale mode of production relying on the Internet, strengthening technological advantages, especially precision, highly integrated, large and complex manufacturing products, regardless of R & D. Focus on the design of other countries can not manufacture, in the process, brand, marketing links to seize the top of the market. Throughout the history of world economic development, we can see that the development of manufacturing industry is an important driving force of economic development. In the face of the achievements of development we should pay more attention to the problems that have been exposed in the development: the mode of economic growth the problem of production efficiency and the lack of scientific and technological innovation ability. Therefore, we must pay attention to the American re-industrialization. In the context of American re-manufacturing, China, which depends on higher external demand, must constantly tap the essence of American re-industrialization. Through the continuous analysis of its effects and impact to better guide the development of China's economy. The article first introduces the topic and significance of this paper, through the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign scholars, deepening the theoretical basis. The second part of the article summarizes the meaning and essence of remanufacturing. This paper analyzes the background, realistic requirements and the problems faced by the remanufacturing industry in the United States. This paper describes the strategic approach and effect of American remanufacturing industry. The third part of the article describes the achievements of China's manufacturing industry. At the same time rational analysis of China's manufacturing industry development of their own advantages and obstacles to development. Article 4th from the trade, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, industrial structure adjustment. This paper introduces the impact of American remanufacturing on China's manufacturing industry from four aspects: part 5th describes the enlightenment of American remanufacturing to China's manufacturing industry.
