【摘要】：论文研究对象A集团是一家台资大型液晶面板生产商。由于产业的转型升级,A集团推行“集成供应链”的战略实施,早期的IBM AS400信息系统,越来越无法满足企业内部运营改善的信息整合。A集团的相关产业链需要其对应的上下游信息的串联,以便及时了解市场行情及成本信息,做出优化决策。A集团SAP系统架构项目实施采取的策略：依照SAP多年来所累积之业界最佳流程典范为基础,考虑A集团现行作业需求,予以适当调整,充分发挥系统之功效。此外将集团之作业流程予以标准化,推展到各集团各分子公司导入,如此将可达到集团控管,全球布局之战略效益。论文分析了A集团采用SAP系统的必要性和可行性,介绍了SAP系统的功能及特点,结合集团的实际业务流程、管理特点、战略规划等,体现了实施该项目的技术可行性、经济可行性和运作可行性。论文对SAP项目的实施方法及实施过程、项目蓝图规划及项目管理做了充分详细的论述,特别是A集团SAP项目第一期将采用“加速SAP”最佳方法论建置导入本系统,将项目分五个阶段来进行。第一个阶段为项目筹备,第二阶段为企业业务蓝图,第三阶段为项目具体实施,第四阶段为最后准备,第五阶段为系统上线与支持。论文对SAP在该集团实施的效益也同步做了详细的分析。该项目解决了A集团一系列的管理问题,重点在销售、生产、物料及财务成本管理等方面的经济效益。通过信息平台的升级,体现强大的信息集成功能,可大大实现作业流程的标准化及数据的标准化,为成本快速核算,替管理层快速决策提供强有力的竞争优势。通过论文的项目实施研究,论文总结了SAP项目在液晶面板产业的产业转型中,集成供应链的实施和应用,SAP项目实施成功的关键因素总结有：高层重视、项目规划、项目准备、项目管理、沟通管理等,供其他企业实施参考。
[Abstract]:The research object of A group is a Taiwan funded large LCD panel manufacturers. This paper analyzes the A group by SAP system The necessity and feasibility, this paper introduces the functions and characteristics of SAP system, combined with the group's actual business process, management characteristics, strategic planning, embodies the technical feasibility of the implementation of the project, economic feasibility and operational feasibility. The implementation method of the SAP project and the implementation process, project planning and project management made a blueprint full details, especially the A group SAP the first phase of the project will use the "best way to accelerate the establishment of SAP into the system, the project will be divided into five stages.
