聊城烟草公司可持续发展战略研究

【摘要】:过去十多年的发展中,聊城烟草公司坚持科学发展、艰苦创业、抢抓机遇、奋力拼搏、创新发展,加大改革力度,在提高经营管理能力、文化建设、基础管理等方面积累了丰富的经验和取得了较好的成绩,为企业发展打下了良好的发展基础。特别是在2003年全国烟草实行工商分离以来,,作为中国烟草行业的成员之一的聊城烟草公司,面临外部发展的形势和环境更加剧烈。聊城烟草公司如何把握发展机遇、如何借助国家政策优势,如何迎接未来的挑战,如何巩固发展和改革成果,如何继续保持聊城烟草公司健康科学发展,是聊城烟草公司急需解决的重要问题之一。 本文以聊城烟草公司作为研究对象,从国内外烟草行业发展现状入手,结合聊城烟草公司运行现状,运用MBA所学到的知识,以企业战略理论、商业企业理论及可持续发展理论为指导,借助有关数据,对聊城烟草公司可持续发展的内外部环境进行分析,并从聊城烟草公司的可持续发展的战略定位、服务品牌战略、服务能力建构与提升策略、战略合作伙伴关系建构与运行机制、实施保障与对策建议等方面,提出其应对市场竞争和实现“打造鲁西流通行业的一面旗帜”目标的发展战略,同时为聊城烟草公司可持续发展提供依据和参考。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years or so of development, Liaocheng Tobacco Company has insisted on scientific development, hard work and pioneering work, seizing opportunities, striving for hard work, innovating and developing, intensifying reform, improving management ability, and cultural construction. Basic management has accumulated rich experience and achieved good results, which has laid a good foundation for the development of enterprises, especially since the implementation of industrial and commercial separation of tobacco in the whole country in 2003. As one of the members of the Chinese tobacco industry, Liaocheng Tobacco Company is facing a more intense external development situation and environment. How to grasp the development opportunities, how to take advantage of the national policy advantages, how to meet the challenges in the future. How to consolidate the achievements of development and reform and how to continue to maintain the healthy and scientific development of Liaocheng Tobacco Company is one of the important problems urgently needed to be solved by Liaocheng Tobacco Company. This article takes the Liaocheng Tobacco Company as the research object, starting with the domestic and foreign tobacco industry development situation, combining the Liaocheng Tobacco Company's running situation, using the knowledge learned by MBA, taking the enterprise strategy theory, Under the guidance of commercial enterprise theory and sustainable development theory, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the sustainable development of Liaocheng tobacco company with the help of relevant data, and analyzes the strategic orientation of sustainable development and service brand strategy of the tobacco company in Liaocheng City. This paper puts forward the development strategy of service ability construction and promotion strategy, strategic partnership construction and operation mechanism, implementation guarantee and countermeasure suggestion, etc., and puts forward its development strategy to deal with market competition and to realize the goal of "building a banner of Luxi circulation industry". At the same time for the sustainable development of Liaocheng tobacco company to provide the basis and reference.
