物流标准化对制造业和物流业协同发展的影响研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的发展，制造业与物流业如何进行协同发展成为各界讨论的热点话题。我国制造业及物流业相互联系紧密，制造业通过物流外包等形式提高企业运行效率、增强业务服务水平，物流业通过服务制造企业提高自身物流操作及整合水平，两业协同发展对我国经济增长有重要意义。本文首先通过对国内外物流业与制造业协同发展的相关研究进行文献综述并确定研究范围，在分析两业协同现状的基础上指出协同发展时普遍存在的问题。然后建立物流标准化对制造业和物流业协同发展影响模型，从战略、战术、操作三个层次分析物流标准化是如何在各个环节解决两业协同存在的问题，并根据不同的企业合作关系分别建立四个模型结合实际案例分析物流标准化对制造和物流企业协同的作用。最后从政府、行业、企业层面对物流标准化在两业协同时的应用提出措施和建议。研究认为政府和行业从组织架构、制度、沟通渠道建设等宏观方面促进和保障了标准化在我国企业中的应用，但是具体到企业方面来说，制造企业应根据自身物流业务需求寻找合适的物流企业形成相应的合作关系，进而有选择性的应用标准化管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, how to coordinate the development of manufacturing and logistics industry has become a hot topic.The manufacturing industry and logistics industry are closely related to each other. The manufacturing industry improves the operation efficiency and service level of enterprises through logistics outsourcing, and logistics industry improves its logistics operation and integration level through service manufacturing enterprises.The coordinated development of the two industries is of great significance to China's economic growth.In this paper, firstly, through the literature review of domestic and foreign logistics industry and manufacturing industry coordinated development, and determine the scope of the research, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of cooperation between the two industries, pointed out the common problems in collaborative development.Then it establishes the model of logistics standardization's influence on the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry, and analyzes how logistics standardization solves the problems of cooperation between two industries in every link from the three levels of strategy, tactics and operation.Four models are established according to the different enterprise cooperation relationship and the actual cases are used to analyze the effect of logistics standardization on the cooperation between manufacturing and logistics enterprises.Finally, measures and suggestions on the application of logistics standardization in cooperation between the two industries are put forward at the level of government, industry and enterprise.The research believes that the government and industry have promoted and guaranteed the application of standardization in Chinese enterprises in macroscopical aspects, such as organizational structure, system, communication channel construction, etc., but specifically for enterprises,Manufacturing enterprises should find suitable logistics enterprises according to their own logistics business needs to form the corresponding cooperation relationship and then selectively apply standardized management.
