【摘要】:随着世界经济的快速发展、市场竞争的逐日激烈,知识已经成为经济发展的一个重要的动力源。企业是否能够具备竞争优势,实现可持续发展,关键在于是否拥有掌握最新知识或技术并能够适应市场变化的综合性优秀人才。因此,人力资源在市场竞争中扮演着越来越重要的角色,培训与开发,作为人力资源管理中的一项必不可少的组成部分,是任何企业都必须正确面对并给予高度重视的工作。企业人力资源培训与开发,目的是提高员工知识技术水平,提高员工综合职业素质,形成企业核心竞争优势,以此实现企业可持续发展,实现企业的战略目标。 本文从培训开发理论着手,以JQ电缆公司为研究对象,在了解该公司的基本情况,包括当前公司的组织结构和人力资源状况之后,采用实地考察和问卷调查的方法,对JQ公司的培训与开发体系现状进行了深入研究,,并找出现有体系所面临的一些问题。然后以培训开发相关理论为基础,紧扣公司发展战略目标,结合JQ公司实际情况,在培训开发体系设计的原则下,从培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训计划实施和培训效果评估与转化四个方面对公司培训开发体系进行了优化设计,最后提出了培训开发优化方案实施的保障措施。本文旨在为JQ公司人力资源培训开发管理提供指导和帮助,同时也希望能够为同行业中其他相类似企业在开展人力资源培训与开发工作、改善人力资源管理等方面提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and the fierce market competition, knowledge has become an important power source of economic development.Whether the enterprise can have the competitive advantage to realize the sustainable development, the key lies in whether the enterprise has the latest knowledge or technology and can adapt to the market change.Therefore, human resources play a more and more important role in the market competition. As an essential part of human resource management, training and development is a work that any enterprise must correctly face and attach great importance to.The purpose of human resource training and development in enterprises is to improve the knowledge and technology level of employees, improve the comprehensive professional quality of employees, and form the core competitive advantage of enterprises, so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and the strategic objectives of enterprises.This paper starts with the theory of training and development, taking JQ Cable Company as the research object. After understanding the basic situation of JQ Cable Company, including the current organization structure and human resource situation of the company, the method of field investigation and questionnaire survey is adopted.The present situation of training and development system of JQ Company is studied in depth, and some problems that appear in the system are found.Then, based on the relevant theories of training and development, the development strategy of the company is closely linked to the actual situation of JQ Company, under the principle of training development system design, the training needs are analyzed, and the training plan is formulated.The implementation of training plan and the evaluation and transformation of training effect are four aspects of the optimization design of the company's training development system. Finally, the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training development optimization scheme are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance and help for JQ human resources training and development management. At the same time, I hope to be able to carry out human resources training and development for other similar enterprises in the same industry.Improve human resources management and other aspects to provide some reference.
