API公司第三方物流战略选择研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的快速发展以及工业化、市场化、城镇化、国际化的深入发展,在未来的10-20年,中国通用航空及其相关产业将会迎来一个高速发展的时期。API作为一家有20多年航空器材销售、生产、物流经验的国际企业,在其发展过程中积累了丰富的航空器材仓储、运输、管理经验,但同时也遭遇了从传统的贸易仓储企业向现代物流转型的诸多问题。API公司想要在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势,必须科学的制定自己的企业发展战略。 本文以转型发展中的API公司为研究对象。首先从公司的战略管理和物流管理等相关理论入手,介绍了综合物流理论,运营效率理论,物流联盟理论的研究现状,对当前我国通用航空及其相关产业的发展现状和前景进行了分析。其次对API公司的经营状况,存在的问题等内部因素和宏观经济环境,行业经济环境等外部因素进行分析。在SWOT分析的基础上,对API公司发展现代第三方物流业的优势和劣势、机会和威胁进行阐述,提出了公司采取集中差异化的竞争策略的构想。再次,结合以上分析,提出了API公司由传统的单一贸易仓储企业发展为多种物流服务的现代化第三方物流企业的对策——创新物流服务模式,寻求战略联盟合作伙伴,改善物流运作流程,推进高效的运营管理。最后提出上述对策的具体实施方案和监管体系。 本文理论结合实际,力求使用最新的物流管理、战略管理等理论,,使API公司科学的作出战略决策,实现从传统的贸易仓储企业向现代第三方物流供应商转变的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening development of industrialization, marketization, urbanization and internationalization, in the next 10-20 years, China General Aviation and its related industries will usher in a period of rapid development. API as an international enterprise with more than 20 years experience in aviation equipment sales, production and logistics, it has accumulated abundant aviation equipment storage and transportation in its development process. Management experience, but also encountered a lot of problems from the traditional trade warehousing enterprises to modern logistics. API companies want to gain advantages in the fierce market competition, they must scientifically formulate their own enterprise development strategy. This paper takes API Company as the research object. First of all, from the company's strategic management and logistics management and other related theories, introduced the integrated logistics theory, operational efficiency theory, logistics alliance theory research status. The present situation and prospect of general aviation and its related industries in China are analyzed. Secondly, the internal factors, macroeconomic environment, industry economic environment and other external factors of API Company are analyzed. On the basis of SWOT analysis, this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing modern third-party logistics industry in API Company, and puts forward the idea of adopting centralized differentiation competitive strategy. Thirdly, combined with the above analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of API company developing from traditional single trade warehousing enterprise to modern third party logistics enterprise with multiple logistics services-innovating logistics service mode, seeking strategic alliance partner. Improve logistics operation process and promote efficient operation management. Finally, put forward the specific implementation of the above-mentioned countermeasures and regulatory system. Combining theory with practice, this paper makes every effort to use the latest logistics management and strategic management theories to make the strategic decision of API Company scientifically and realize the purpose of transforming from the traditional trade warehousing enterprise to the modern third party logistics supplier.
