企业文化视角下JL公司核心竞争力提升途径研究

【摘要】:随着企业文化因素在企业各种管理行为中频频占据重要地位,,构建优秀的企业文化对提升企业核心竞争力的重要性已被企业经营者、学者和社会共同认同。基于企业文化的视角对如何提升企业的核心竞争力进行研究,对正确建立健全企业的管理理论体系、构建企业核心竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。 企业文化的思想文化、规范文化、关系文化和实体文化诸层次对应企业核心竞争力的核心层、规范层、产品层,发挥导向、凝聚、激励、约束功能,是企业核心竞争力的重要要素,并能促进企业核心竞争力的提升,决定企业核心竞争力积累的方向,融入核心竞争力管理的全过程。企业文化建设从核心价值观、规章制度、操作规范、人际关系等方面对企业核心竞争力各层次起着传导作用,并能促进企业文化管理、战略管理、人力资源管理和企业技术创新,从而提升企业的核心竞争力。 JL公司是产业多元化的大型企业,在面对日益激烈的行业竞争及国际企业巨头的规模化、集中化、专业化的优势竞争和挑战时,急需进行战略重组和资源整合,以提升自身的核心竞争力。在长期的生产经营过程中,JL公司结合自身行业特点、市场竞争状况和企业实际情况,构建了自成体系的企业文化体系,并通过对企业文化体系的实施极大地提升了自身的核心竞争力,取得了很大的成绩与进步。但JL公司的核心竞争力仍然存在现代企业制度不健全,生产效率低;高端产品、自主产品比重偏低,技术创新能力仍待提升;人力资源管理的水平需要进一步提高;战略管理水平有待提升等不足。JL公司需要针对目前核心竞争力的不足之处,通过研究核心竞争力的企业文化影响因素,从构建优秀企业文化的角度入手进行有针对性的分析、总结,拿出切实可行的企业文化建设措施,全面提升自己的核心竞争力。 首先必须构建适合JL公司现状的企业文化体系、健全企业文化执行和管理的运行制度、抓好制度执行,以提升企业的文化管理能力;其次必须加大对企业战略管理的管控力度、适时调整企业发展战略以提升企业战略管理能力;再次必须努力营造创新文化、健全创新人才的管理机制以提升企业技术创新能力;最后是从招聘、培训、激励、沟通等方面提升企业的人力资源管理能力。通过这些企业文化措施的实施,JL公司的核心竞争力会更强更突出。 本文通过对企业文化如何提升企业核心竞争力的理论研究,结合JL公司的实证案例进行分析,采用归纳分析法和实证研究的分析方法,对JL公司如何通过建立、实施自身的企业文化系统提升核心竞争力、核心竞争力还存在的不足以及从企业文化的角度怎样进一步提升核心竞争力进行了研究,并提出了JL公司核心竞争力提升途径的建议。本文主要的研究成果和创新点是:从企业文化与企业核心竞争力的理论阐述开始,对两者的关系,重点是企业文化如何提升企业的核心竞争力进行研究,结合JL公司的实例分析提出了从构建优秀企业文化的角度提升JL公司核心竞争力的途径,为企业经营管理者提供了理论和实践相结合的参考。
[Abstract]:As the cultural factors of enterprises occupy an important position in various management behaviors of enterprises , the importance of constructing an excellent enterprise culture to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has been jointly recognized by business operators , scholars and societies . Based on the perspective of corporate culture , it is very important to study how to improve the core competence of enterprises , and to establish and perfect the management theory system of enterprises correctly , and to build the core competence of enterprises .

The core layer , the specification layer , the product layer , the guide , the agglomeration , the incentive and the restriction function of the enterprise core competitiveness correspond to the core layer , the specification layer and the product layer of the enterprise culture , which are the key elements of the core competence of the enterprise , and can promote the whole process of the core competitiveness of the enterprise . The enterprise culture construction plays a role in the core competitiveness of the enterprise from the aspects of core values , rules and regulations , operation specifications and interpersonal relationships , and can promote the enterprise culture management , strategic management , human resource management and enterprise technological innovation , thus enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise .

In the process of long - term production and operation , the company has built up the enterprise culture system of its own system by combining the characteristics of its own industry , the market competition situation and the actual situation of the enterprise , and has made great achievements and progress through the implementation of the enterprise culture system . However , the core competitiveness of the company still exists in the modern enterprise system , the production efficiency is low ;
High - end products , low proportion of self - contained products , technological innovation ability still to be promoted ;
The level of human resources management needs to be further improved ;
The strategic management level needs to be improved and so on . In order to overcome the shortcomings of the core competitiveness at present , the company needs to analyze and summarize the enterprise culture influencing the core competitiveness , and summarize the practical enterprise culture construction measures to improve its core competitiveness .

First , it is necessary to construct the enterprise culture system which is suitable for the present situation of the company , perfect the running system of the enterprise culture execution and management , and grasp the system execution , so as to improve the cultural management ability of the enterprise ;
Secondly , we must strengthen the control of strategic management of the enterprise , adjust the enterprise development strategy in time to improve the enterprise strategic management ability .
Thirdly , we must try to create innovative culture and improve the management mechanism of innovative talents to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises ;
Finally , from the aspects of recruitment , training , motivation , communication and so on , the human resources management ability of enterprises is promoted . Through the implementation of these enterprises ' cultural measures , the core competitiveness of the company is stronger and more prominent .

Based on the theoretical research on how to improve the core competence of enterprises , this paper studies how to improve the core competence , core competence and how to improve the core competence from the point of view of the enterprise culture . The main research results and the innovation points are as follows : From the point of view of the enterprise culture and the core competence of the enterprise , the paper studies the core competence of the enterprise .
