L公司企业管理中激励模式研究

【摘要】:民营企业经过初创期与成熟期,逐步进入集团化。随着规模的不断增大,企业面临着越来越多的压力与挑战。企业不仅需要具有雄厚的物力、财力、人力等优势,以及在资金、技术运用上不断积累经验,更需要有熟练的、规范的、科学的管理技术。其中,激励制度是人力资源管理中的核心内容。我国经济的发展离不开企业规模的扩大和数量的剧增,企业的发展离不开人力资源的充分利用,激励制度也就成了企业吸引人才、留住人才的重要手段。现代企业激励制度的主要目的在于提高企业生产效率,提高员工的工作的积极性。激励制度的建立与完善对于企业发展而言至关重要。本文通过实地走访的方式,重点调研了L公司的人力资源管理中的激励模式。笔者通过与公司管理层的访谈,了解和掌握了L有限公司的概况,发展的历程以及目前企业管理的现状。在深入调研该企业人力资源管理模式的基础上,对公司激励体系进行了梳理,并分析了L公司的激励模式现状特征,从而对该企业发展中的激励模式提出了一些建议。激励体系的构建不是单一的项目,构建后的体系也不是一劳永逸、一成不变的,这需要在实施与实践的过程中不断的调整、优化,真正做到“以人为本”,才能充分调动员工的工作热情和积极性,才可以适应不断变化的人力资源市场环境以及公司人力资源管理战略。
[Abstract]:Private enterprises through the initial and mature period, step by step into the collectivization. With the increasing of scale, enterprises are facing more and more pressure and challenge. Enterprises need not only abundant material resources, financial resources, manpower and other advantages, but also accumulated experience in the application of capital and technology, but also need skilled, standardized, scientific management technology. Among them, incentive system is the core content of human resource management. The development of our country's economy cannot do without the expansion of the enterprise scale and the sharp increase of the quantity, and the development of the enterprise can not do without the full utilization of human resources, so the incentive system has become an important means for enterprises to attract and retain talents. The main purpose of the modern enterprise incentive system is to improve the production efficiency and the enthusiasm of the staff. The establishment and perfection of incentive system is very important for the development of enterprises. This paper focuses on the incentive mode of human resource management in L Company through field visits. Through the interview with the management of the company, the author understands and grasps the general situation, the course of development and the present situation of enterprise management of L Ltd. On the basis of deeply investigating the human resource management mode of the enterprise, this paper combs the incentive system of the company, and analyzes the characteristics of the incentive mode of L company, and puts forward some suggestions for the incentive mode in the development of the enterprise. The construction of the incentive system is not a single project, nor is the system once and for all established, which requires constant adjustment and optimization in the process of implementation and practice, so as to truly achieve "people-oriented". In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff, can adapt to the changing human resources market environment and the company's human resources management strategy.
