制造业精益供应链运营集成与运作优化

【摘要】:制造业是我国经济的支柱产业,是国民经济的基础。但是近年来,制造业随着全球金融危机的影响利润不断下滑,甚至许多企业面临倒闭,怎样在严峻的市场环境下求生存谋发展是业界和学术界共同关心的问题。针对制造业,本文在精益思想和精益生产的启发下,把精益化引用到供应链问题上,运用定性与定量相结合的方法,,研究精益供应链问题。 论文主要对制造业精益供应链计划的集成、协同以及信息化进行了研究,在精益化环境下构建供应链运营集成模型,提出运营集成模型运作的三层支撑技术,并通过改进的价值流图优化精益供应链流程。论文主要研究内容:(1)精益供应链运营计划集成模型研究:对供应链计划问题进行描述,提出描述性模型与数学模型,运用启发式遗传算法进行求解,给出仿真案例验证算法的有效性与精确性。(2)精益供应链运营集成模型的运作模式与优化:提出运营集成模式,给出基于VSM价值流图的供应链流程优化,从战略层面构建供应链柔性,降低供应链不确定性;从运作层面构建准时化物流,实现供应链实物有效流动。(3)面向精益供应链的智能协同平台构建:分析智能平台搭建基础,构建系统业务管理模块,并实现精益供应链运营管理的可视化与数字化。 本课题研究拓展供应链管理内涵,强调供应链的精益化,即用精益化思想从系统的角度全面分析供应链运营系统,寻求其整体解决方案来降低供应链成本,使得精益供应链真正成为高质量、低成本、高效益的竞争模式。而且,从实践角度出发,为供应链管理提供科学优化方法和可行运作策略,适应精益供应链管理创新和发展的需要。因此,本课题研究具有非常大的理论研究意义和广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of our economy and the foundation of national economy. However, in recent years, with the impact of the global financial crisis, the profits of the manufacturing industry continue to decline, and even many enterprises are facing bankruptcy. How to survive and develop in the severe market environment is a common concern of the industry and academia. Aiming at the manufacturing industry, under the inspiration of lean thought and lean production, this paper applies Lean to supply chain problem, and studies lean supply chain problem by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. In this paper, the integration, collaboration and informatization of lean supply chain planning in manufacturing industry are studied. The supply chain operation integration model is constructed under lean environment, and the three-layer supporting technology of operation integration model is put forward. And optimize the lean supply chain flow through the improved value flow graph. This paper mainly studies the integrated model of lean supply chain business plan: describes the supply chain planning problem, puts forward the descriptive model and mathematical model, and uses heuristic genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The effectiveness and accuracy of the algorithm are verified by a simulation case. The operation mode and optimization of lean supply chain operation integration model are given. The operation integration model is proposed, and the supply chain process optimization based on VSM value flow graph is given. Build supply chain flexibility from the strategic level, reduce supply chain uncertainty, construct punctual logistics from operational level, realize effective physical flow of supply chain. Build intelligent collaborative platform for lean supply chain. The system business management module is constructed, and the visualization and digitization of lean supply chain operation management are realized. In this paper, the connotation of supply chain management is expanded, and the lean supply chain is emphasized, that is to say, the supply chain operation system is analyzed comprehensively from the system angle with lean thinking, and the whole solution is sought to reduce the supply chain cost. Lean supply chain really become a high-quality, low-cost, high-benefit competition model. Furthermore, from the point of view of practice, this paper provides a scientific optimization method and feasible operation strategy for supply chain management to meet the needs of innovation and development of lean supply chain management. Therefore, this research has great theoretical significance and broad application prospects.
