【摘要】:国内外道岔监测系统技术日益多样,市场竞争日趋激烈,这些都使得道岔监测系统产品化项目管理面临诸多新的挑战,尤其是在应用实施标准化管理和产品化供应等方面表现得尤为明显。本文进一步研究道岔监测系统产品化工作和其应用项目管理的详细具体内涵,为积累符合国情和适合我国经济社会发展需要的道岔监测系统产品化经验、构建完整可行的方法体系等其他方面具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文在分析中国道岔监测系统产品化项目管理的发展现状与既有问题的基础之上,利用理论与实际相结合的方法,提出了在道岔监测系统产品化实施中应用项目管理的方法。并且基于产品研发项目生命周期理论,综合现代项目管理与研发项目管理的特点,将产品化项目管理按阶段分别划分为立项管理、规划管理、实施管理以及终止管理,在此基础上依次论述各个阶段的管理内容。本文结合JF公司道岔监测系统产品化项目管理的现实状况,在分析产品化项目管理组织结构和模式的同时,详细剖析了设备配备、进度计划、任务分解、风险管理、人力资源管理以及成果管理,最终达到了该项目管理的预期目标,提升了道岔监测系统产品化项目管理的水平。最后,论文针对当前项目管理应用于道岔监测系统产品化项目过程中遇到的研发人员管理、知识管理等难点,运用现代项目管理方法提出了一些思路。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, the technology of turnout monitoring system is becoming more and more diverse, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. All of these make the production project management of turnout monitoring system face many new challenges. Especially in the application of standardized management and production of supply and other aspects of performance is particularly obvious. This paper further studies the production work of the turnout monitoring system and the detailed connotation of its application project management, in order to accumulate the production experience of the turnout monitoring system in accordance with the national conditions and the needs of the economic and social development of our country. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a complete and feasible method system and other aspects. Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the production project management of the turnout monitoring system in China, this paper puts forward a method of applying project management to the implementation of the production of the turnout monitoring system using the method of combining theory with practice. Based on the theory of product development project life cycle and the characteristics of modern project management and R & D project management, the product project management is divided into project management, planning management, implementation management and termination management. On this basis, the management content of each stage is discussed in turn. Combined with the reality of JF company's switch monitoring system, this paper analyzes the organizational structure and mode of production project management, and analyzes in detail equipment allocation, schedule plan, task decomposition, risk management, etc. Human resource management and results-based management finally reach the expected goal of the project management and improve the level of production-oriented project management of turnout monitoring system. Finally, aiming at the difficulties of R & D personnel management and knowledge management encountered in the process of applying project management to the production project of turnout monitoring system, this paper puts forward some ideas by using modern project management method.
