乳品进口增大激化国内乳业三大矛盾

【摘要】：正近年,随着乳品进口量越来越大,进口奶粉价格大幅波动,并呈现倒挂趋势,对国内乳品加工和奶牛养殖业冲击明显;由于进口原料质优价廉,企业大量使用,替代国内原奶,引起上下游产业矛盾进一步加深:随着国际化发展,国内企业加快海外投资布局,从而减少了国内奶源、加工等方面投资。上述三大矛盾,伴随产业深入调整及外部进口增大,开始进一步激化。1进口与国内加工及养殖矛盾首先,进口乳品目前已经占据国内整体乳品消费量的1/3。2014年全年进口乳品量超过180万t。进口乳品全部折算原奶约1350~1400万t,占全国用奶需求量的
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing import of dairy products, the price of imported milk powder has fluctuated substantially and has shown a trend of upside down, which has had an obvious impact on domestic dairy processing and dairy cattle breeding; because of the high quality and low price of imported raw materials, enterprises have used it in large quantities. The substitution of domestic raw milk will further deepen the contradiction between upstream and downstream industries: with the development of internationalization, domestic enterprises speed up the overseas investment layout, thus reducing domestic milk sources, processing and other aspects of investment. The three contradictions mentioned above, along with the in-depth adjustment of industry and the increase of external imports, began to further intensify the contradictions between imports and domestic processing and aquaculture. Imports of dairy products now account for more than 1.8 million tons of imported dairy products in the whole year of 2014, accounting for 1 / 3 of the total domestic dairy consumption. All imported dairy products are converted into raw milk for about 1 350 to 14 million tons, accounting for the national demand for milk
