京东方快速扩张战略的研究

【摘要】:京东方是国内最大的光电显示技术、产品与解决方案的提供商。2003年开始通过并购从韩国现代显示技术株式会社获得了液晶面板制造技术,成为中国第一家液晶面板制造企业,在短短的10年左右从无到有的成长为国内液晶显示行业的领导者,特别是近5年来的快速扩张战略的成功实施令业界惊叹。 全文分为七章。文章首先介绍了研究背景与方法,研究理论基础;其次,运用PEST分析模型、波特五力模型对京东方液晶面板业务经营所处的外部环境因素进行了分析,归纳其中的机遇与挑战;然后,再对京东方相关内部经营环境进行了深入分析,归纳其中的优势和劣势;紧接着在内外部因素分析基础上,运用SWOT分析法为京东方匹配备选战略,利用专家打分法筛选战略,提出了京东方的快速扩张的SO战略方向:应充分理解和利用中国目前的良好政策环境,巨大的市场需求环境,和快速的技术变更与行业发展机会,迅速完成产能和产品线的布局使整体制造达到国际一流厂商的规模效益。并以此总体战略为据,为京东方制定出最终战略规划与战略分解和保障措施。最后一章提出本研究的结论与展望。 本文通过对京东方发展历程特别是近五年来行业瞩目的快速扩张发展进行了理论结合实际的具体分析与研究,完成了以京东方为代表的液晶面板制造企业快速扩张的战略的详细分析,为国内类似企业的发展提了理论和实践供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Beijing and Eastern is the largest provider of optoelectronic display technology, products and solutions in China. In 2003, it acquired LCD panel manufacturing technology from Korea Modern display Technology Co., Ltd. and became the first LCD panel manufacturing enterprise in China. In a short period of 10 years from scratch to grow into the domestic LCD industry leader, especially in the past five years of rapid expansion strategy to the successful implementation of the industry amazed. The full text is divided into seven chapters. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and method, and the theoretical basis, secondly, analyzes the external environmental factors of Beijing and Oriental LCD panel business by pest analysis model and Porter's five-force model, and summarizes the opportunities and challenges. Then, it makes a deep analysis of the relevant internal business environment of Beijing and Oriental, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages. Then, on the basis of the analysis of internal and external factors, SWOT analysis is used to match the alternative strategy for Beijing and East. By using the expert scoring method to screen the strategy, this paper puts forward the strategic direction of the rapid expansion of the so strategy of Beijing and Oriental: we should fully understand and utilize the current good policy environment of China, the huge market demand environment, and the rapid technological changes and opportunities for the development of the industry. Rapid completion of production capacity and product line layout enables the overall manufacturing to achieve international top-class manufacturers economies of scale. Based on the overall strategy, the final strategic planning and strategy decomposition and safeguard measures are worked out for Beijing and East. The last chapter puts forward the conclusion and prospect of this study. In this paper, through the development of Beijing and East, especially the rapid expansion and development of the industry in the past five years, we have made a concrete analysis and research on the theory combined with the practice. The rapid expansion strategy of LCD panel manufacturing enterprises represented by Beijing and Oriental is analyzed in detail, which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the development of similar enterprises in China.
