食品装备国内外科技水平总体分析

【摘要】：我国是食品装备后跟进国家,食品装备的科技投入相较欧盟、美国和日本等差距很大。我国的食品装备的专利申请量尽管是全球最大,但食品装备高质量专利和低质量专利数量差距不断扩大,缺少原创性的发明专利。食品装备国家科技计划项目整体缩小了我国食品装备与国际先进水平的差距,但与发达国家相比,我国还存在科研设计方法老化、技术含量低、自主创新能力不足、科技项目与产业发展脱节等差距,总体技术水平落后于发达国家约20年。
[Abstract]:Our country is a food equipment follow-up country, the food equipment science and technology investment compared with the European Union, the United States and Japan and so on the disparity is very big. Although the amount of patent application for food equipment in China is the largest in the world, the gap between high quality patent and low quality patent of food equipment is widening and the original invention patent is lacking. The national scientific and technological plan for food equipment has narrowed the gap between China's food equipment and the international advanced level, but compared with the developed countries, China still has aging methods of scientific research and design, low technological content, and insufficient ability of independent innovation. Science and technology projects and industrial development and other gaps, the overall level of technology behind the developed countries about 20 years.
