长春轨道客车股份有限公司技术管理体系研究

【摘要】:近年来,一方面随着高铁战略规划的不断深入,,国家向铁路系统的投资持续加大,为适应国家战略发展的需要,铁路系统从结构体制到经营模式都进行了大刀阔斧的改革;另一方面,各地区城市化进程的加快,城市交通状况日益严峻,通过发展地铁等轨道交通以改善城市拥堵现状已迫在眉睫。无论从国家宏观及城市微观层面均对轨道车辆提出了巨大的采购需求,各轨道车辆装备制造企业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇期。然而,轨道车辆作为集众多高端技术于一身的地面移动装备,技术优势无疑是取得核心竞争力的关键所在,面对中国铁路市场这块“大蛋糕”,国际国内知名的轨道车辆制造商都在比拼较量,谁能在新形势下快速构建或优化出一套适应本行业及本公司的高效灵活的技术管理体系,将是取得最终竞争优势的关键。 长春轨道客车股份有限公司地处北国长春,是一个有着悠久历史的大型国有轨道车辆装备制造企业。虽然在轨道车辆制造领域有着丰富的经验和重要的地位,但随着行业形势的发展及国内外竞争对手的壮大,长客股份的竞争优势在不断弱化,尤其是公司现有的技术管理体系已不能很好地满足中国铁路跨越式的发展求,结合国家宏观及企业微观的现状及发展趋势,构建及优化一套适合当前形势的企业技术管理体系非常必要。 本论文的研究分五个章节,第一章介绍了研究的背景、目的、意义、内容和方法。第二章阐述了长客股份公司技术管理体系的发展历程及现状分析。第三章着重介绍了国内外知名企业在技术管理体系构建及优化方面的成功经验。第四章对长客股份公司的技术管理体系提出了构建及优化方案。第五章从国家、行业、企业三个层面对完善技术管理体系进行了对策分析,提出明确的趋势预测及风险分析,并制定相应的对策研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the strategic planning of high-speed rail, the country's investment in the railway system continues to increase. In order to meet the needs of the national strategic development, the railway system has carried out drastic reform from the structure system to the management mode. On the other hand, with the acceleration of urbanization in various regions, the situation of urban traffic is becoming more and more serious. It is urgent to improve the urban congestion by developing subway and other rail transit. No matter from the national macroscopic and the urban microscopic level, the rail vehicle has put forward the huge purchase demand, each rail vehicle equipment manufacture enterprise has ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity period. However, as the ground moving equipment with many high-end technologies, the technology superiority is undoubtedly the key to obtain the core competitiveness. Facing the "big cake" of the Chinese railway market, International and domestic famous rail vehicle manufacturers are competing. Who can quickly build or optimize a set of efficient and flexible technology management system for the industry and the company under the new situation will be the key to obtain the final competitive advantage. Changchun Rail bus Co., Ltd. is located in Changchun, North China, is a long history of large state-owned rail vehicle equipment manufacturing enterprises. Although it has rich experience and important status in the field of rail vehicle manufacturing, with the development of industry situation and the growth of domestic and foreign competitors, the competitive advantage of long passenger shares is weakening. In particular, the existing technology management system of the company can no longer meet the requirements of the leap-forward development of Chinese railways, combining with the current situation and development trend of the national macro and micro enterprises. It is necessary to construct and optimize a set of enterprise technology management system suitable for the current situation. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, content and methods of the research. The second chapter expatiates the development course and the present situation of the technology management system of Changke Stock Company. The third chapter introduces the successful experience of domestic and foreign famous enterprises in the construction and optimization of technology management system. The fourth chapter puts forward the construction and optimization of the technical management system of Changke Stock Company. The fifth chapter analyzes the countermeasures of perfecting the technology management system from three aspects of the country, the industry and the enterprise, puts forward the clear trend forecast and risk analysis, and formulates the corresponding countermeasure research.
