东营GM石油装备公司外贸发展战略研究

【摘要】：对外贸易对国民经济增长起着极大的拉动作用,与投资和消费并称为拉动经济增长的三驾马车。这种拉动作用在改革开放三十年以来尤为明显。对我国对外贸易来说,石油装备出口占有举足轻重的地位,经过十来年的发展,石油装备行业,已颇具规模,规模效应明显,尤其是出口贸易成绩斐然。但国际形势在2008年以后变化较大,受美国信贷危机影响,全球经济尤其是欧盟美国日本等发达国家经济不景气,这场席卷全世界的经济危机对我国出口贸易影响巨大,此时,我国石油装备行业竞争越演越烈,石油装备企业生存困难,两相作用下,石油装备出口越来越难,石油装备行业发展面临巨大挑战。GM公司如何应对国际国内环境的变化,准确定位自己的出口发展目标,便成为了GM公司当前最重要的问题。本文首先回顾了所用的相关理论,简单介绍了GM公司的组织架构、财务状况、经营状况、人力资源状况、技术研发能力等,并对GM公司所处的外部环境、行业环境运用PEST分析法、波特五力模型、SWOT分析法进行深入分析;寻求公司当前的核心优势所在,在此基础上借鉴迈克尔?波特的竞争战略思想,提出GM公司今后的差异化的竞争战略,并总结提出了在内部管理、海外销售、人力资源管理、财务、技术产品质量和跨国经营企业文化整合六个方面的改进举措。
[Abstract]:Foreign trade plays a very important role in national economic growth and is called the troika of economic growth along with investment and consumption. This kind of pull effect is especially obvious since 30 years of reform and opening up. For China's foreign trade, the export of petroleum equipment plays an important role. After more than ten years of development, the petroleum equipment industry has a considerable scale, the effect of scale is obvious, especially the success of export trade. However, the international situation has changed greatly since 2008. Under the influence of the US credit crisis, the global economy, especially the European Union, the United States and Japan, and other developed countries' economies are in a depression. The economic crisis sweeping the world has a huge impact on China's export trade. At this time, The competition of China's petroleum equipment industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the survival of petroleum equipment enterprises is difficult. Under the action of two phases, the export of petroleum equipment is becoming more and more difficult, and the development of petroleum equipment industry is facing enormous challenges. How does GM company cope with the changes in the international and domestic environment? Accurate positioning of their export development goals has become the most important issue of GM. This paper first reviews the relevant theories used, briefly introduces the organizational structure, financial situation, operating situation, human resource situation, technology R & D capability of GM Company, and gives a brief introduction to the external environment of GM Company. The industry environment uses the PEST analysis method, Porter's five-force model to carry on the thorough analysis; seeks the company's current core advantage, on this basis draws lessons from Michael? Porter's competitive strategy thought, put forward the GM company's competition strategy of differentiation in the future, and summarized in the internal management, overseas sales, human resources management, finance, Technical product quality and multinational enterprise culture integration six aspects of improvement measures.
