青浦区先进制造业转型发展对策的研究

【摘要】：“十二五”时期,上海步入了发展转型的新阶段,“四个中心”建设进入了功能提升的关键时刻,经济形态加速向服务经济、发展模式加速向创新驱动转型。制造业是实现现代化的原动力,现代化必须发展先进的制造业。作为上海建设“四个中心”的重要产业支撑,先进制造业的优先发展对于进一步贯彻科学发展观,实施科教兴市战略,坚持走新型工业化道路,加快结构升级具有重要的战略意义。而作为上海的西花园,青浦也积极响应全市号召,顺应新的时代要求,努力发展本区先进制造业,为全市工业经济转型提升推波助澜。本文通过对先进制造业理论和研究的回顾,从根本上区别开先进制造业和制造业,接着采用“由大到小’’、“由粗到细”的方式,先阐述了世界主要发达国家的先进制造业情况,再逐步缩小到中国、上海的先进制造业情况,最后阐述了青浦区的先进制造业现状,同时根据统计的部分制造业数据,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,对青浦先进制造业的现状特征、发展变化趋势以及存在的主要问题、面临的机遇挑战进行深入剖析研究,进而对青浦制造业进一步深化结构调整和加快发展提出相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai stepped into a new stage of development and transformation. The construction of "four centers" entered the critical moment of function upgrading, the economic form accelerated to service economy, and the development mode accelerated to innovation-driven transition. Manufacturing industry is the motive force to realize modernization, modernization must develop advanced manufacturing industry. As an important industrial support for the construction of the "four centers" in Shanghai, the priority development of advanced manufacturing industry is to further implement the scientific development view, implement the strategy of revitalizing the city through science and education, and adhere to the new road of industrialization. Speeding up structural upgrading is of great strategic significance. As the West Garden of Shanghai, Qingpu also positively responds to the call of the whole city, conforms to the requirements of the new times, and strives to develop the advanced manufacturing industry in this district, thus contributing to the upgrading of the city's industrial economy. By reviewing the theory and research of advanced manufacturing industry, this paper fundamentally distinguishes between advanced manufacturing industry and manufacturing industry, and then adopts the method of "from big to small, from coarse to fine". The advanced manufacturing situation of the major developed countries in the world is first expounded, then gradually reduced to that of China and Shanghai. Finally, the current situation of advanced manufacturing industry in Qingpu District is expounded. At the same time, according to some of the statistics of manufacturing data, By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis and study on the present situation, development trend, main problems, opportunities and challenges faced by Qingpu advanced manufacturing industry. Furthermore, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further deepen the structural adjustment and accelerate the development of Qingpu manufacturing industry.
