顾客价值导向下的H供电公司集约化管理研究

【摘要】:时代的进步,技术水平的提高,为供电公司的发展模式提供了新的发展方向,供电公司的经营模式已经转变为依托互联网和智能化来进行发展。随着国家对电力公司总方案的调整,和具有针对性的一些政策法规的发布,各个市级电力公司,不仅需要在技术不断进步,同时也需要在经营模式、内部运作方面不断寻求突破。市场竞争的加剧,顾客争夺及服务质量成为供电公司发展的主要针对目标,为了适应市场环境的发展,提升企业自身实力,通过以价值理论为基础,结合供电公司自身的技术特点及环境条件,找寻企业发展的模式,在这些转变中,以集约化管理为核心的理论不断发展壮大,成为企业发展模式改革的重点项目。本文主要对H供电公司集约化管理进行研究,并结合顾客需求,以顾客价值导向为出发站点,研究集约化管理。 本文通过对H供电公司的企业概况进行介绍并对集约化管理的总体思路进行分析,阐明集约化管理的目的,是以构建制度体系、确立标准体系、构建信息通信支撑体系、建立统一企业文化和安全保障体系为目的的。为了保证集约化管理项目的顺利,本文分别从计划体系、运行体系和营销体系三个方面进行了深入分析,对每个体系中的顾客需求所来的优势进行了分析和总结,,并对三个体系构建的思路进行了探讨,每个体系的内容加以详细加阐述,并介绍了三个体系的建立流程。同时为保障计划体系、运行体系和营销体系的顺利构建,分别介绍了具体的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The progress of the times and the improvement of the technology level have provided a new development direction for the development mode of the power supply company. The management mode of the power supply company has changed to rely on the Internet and intelligence to carry on the development. With the adjustment of the state's overall plan for power companies, and the publication of some targeted policies and regulations, each municipal power company needs not only continuous technological progress, but also a business model. Internal operations continue to seek breakthroughs. With the aggravation of market competition, customer competition and service quality become the main target of the development of power supply companies. In order to adapt to the development of the market environment and enhance the strength of enterprises, through the theory of value as the basis, Combined with the technical characteristics and environmental conditions of the power supply company, the mode of enterprise development is sought. In these changes, the theory with intensive management as the core has been developed and strengthened, and has become the key item of the reform of enterprise development mode. In this paper, the intensive management of H power supply company is studied, and based on customer demand and customer value orientation, intensive management is studied. This paper introduces the general situation of H power supply company and analyzes the general idea of intensive management. The purpose of intensive management is to construct system, establish standard system, and construct information communication support system. To establish a unified corporate culture and security system for the purpose. In order to ensure the success of intensive management projects, this paper analyzes the three aspects of planning system, operation system and marketing system, and analyzes and summarizes the advantages of customer demand in each system. The ideas of three systems are discussed, the contents of each system are elaborated in detail, and the establishment process of the three systems is introduced. At the same time, in order to guarantee the planning system, the operation system and the marketing system of the smooth construction, respectively introduced the specific safeguard measures.
